Most marketable courses should be the one that easily allows one to go from the classroom to being gainfully employed as a result of the knowledge it has imparted. Many freshers from under OP list need a platform that's already setup to express themselves.

abdulwastecx:
how sure are you that 99.9% Labour inpute are japanese or koreans?

A car manufacturer will employ from a country with per capital income of $3,000 (Nigeria) than the one with
$58, 000(japan) and $38, 000( south korea) respectively. even if it involve training the Nigerian staff, since they will provide low cost implications

Nigerians don't produce car components like side mirror, bumper, head light, steering, dashboard, car stereo, gears, seats, car body, radiator, fuel tank, seat belts, exhaust, kick starter, alternator.
What we produce are things like fanbelt, carpet, and car wash soap. I said 99.9 % because we import things alot and even the importation process is dominated by foreign labourers.

What do they mean by made. In Nigeria? The design is foreign, the metal for fabrication is not from ajaokuta, the interior is imported. Even the technologist/ engineers are foreign. So what makes it made in Nigeria. This govt and lies. Sha.

99.9% of Labour employed in its production isn't Nigerian. But the fact that the final step of its production is being done in Nigeria is what makes it Made-In-Nigeria.

I will categorize a Rogue webdesigner as one who does not ask detailed question of requirements before giving a price.

Can u imagine Cibn [chartered Institute Bankers, Nigeria] doing their site for 35k? A site that holds certified members record like passport, Exams grades.

3. Agricultural Reforms.
4. Improved Power supply.
5. Free and fair elections.
6. Independence of the judiciary.

by 'Free and Fair election', you mean the one with PDP that led to Nigeria becoming ungovernable or the one he is using for propaganda that will help him 'win' 2015?

In every profession just like in every there is always the reality of class distinction. Clients in this market also belong to distinct classes. Such distinctions in the packaging, marketing and entrepreneurial capabilities of developers determines the unwritten rulea of engagement as well as the distribution of opportunities and reward. Those charging 10 - 50k may have their rational reasons like immediate need for feeding money.

I thought about the bold part as a reason also but then the driving principle should be Good Delivery First. Most of those site wouldn't stand the test of time due to Poor quality, down times and inability to be extended. I wonder if those charging 10-50k domake their clients pay for domain names to make up for the low price.
