It could be a ploy to help the cause of the alleged $50m ransom demanded by BH. There is a chance that the phone was siezed from her and is being used to trick the parents n Nigerians into believing the girls are available and can be exchanged for the ransom.
Webmasters › Webmasters, Does Your Design Support Legacy Browser? by Sibrah(op):
I like to know how important supporting Legacy Browers is to you as a web designer/programmer? Do you design with just the latest browsers in mind or you design your sites to look same on older browsers like IE6,IE7,IE8,IE10?
I personally think it will be unfair not support it for some users who still rock old browsers. Please, NL webmasters i like to have your views.

If the oil price was not as low as it was, Buhari would have moved on by now. But with Nigerians asking him to begin keeping his promises to them, and with the President seeing no cash to enable him do so, he has gotten desperate.
It is now a case of political survival; and 2019 comes to mind

Education › Re: Reason For High Fees And Turnout Of First Class Graduates In Private Unis. by Sibrah: 9:06am On Apr 11, 2016

In this same covenant university u are mentioning, they pick our lecturers from public schools. An example is prof omolehinwa from unilag and Dr Mrs ajibolade. covenant university seek the service of this two in the accounting dept. So whats the fuse about insinuating that private unis get better education than public uni?

Like I said in a previous thread, if most people in pvt Universities got admitted into a public uni, they would dump the idea of the pvt uni, except of course they want a good grade by all means, they then result to pvt uni where that is easier. But I still believe private schools are better, whats the point of suffering in a public school and not getting what u deserve, when u could actually go to a private school and get what u deserve.

All in all, the type of school we went to doesn't determine our success, its our passion, skill and believe.!!
You mean they kidnap them or they employ them at gun point? Don't public schools employ private uni grads too? You guys are pathetic in reasoning.

Oh, the lack of simple logic in the OP's submission is typical of a Private Uni's students' reasoning. When he's matured enough to match our reasoning as public uni students, we'll talk. Don't waste daddy's money buying data to spew trash!
Stop being mean. The OP pointed the things that are responsible for the relatively higher fees paid in private schools. Your are the one saying thrash with no arguments here.

And so?
Does that justify why 400+ students will graduate with a first class out of 1000 graduands?
Private universities are the remote cause of our fall in educational standard.
I stand to be corrected!
Where did 400 grad with first class out of 1000? These are the people OP sought to educate by opening this thread.

It very unfortunate we have not asked ourselves how did we got here. If this government had retained subsidy, will there be fuel scarcity?
Rather, some greedy cronies, would have taken advantage of the shallow system and milk this country all in the name of subsidy.

If our previous administrations had fix the refineries or perhaps build new one would there be fuel scarcity?

If the forex inflow had not decreased due to fall in oil price, would there be supply to support importation?

If our pipeline to depots were maintained and guided would there be difficulty in pumping from jetty to the depot?

If nigeria had develop their rail line before now to encourage mass transit, wouldn't the demand for fuel be reduced as it is obtained in other develop world?

Even the educational sector is not left out of the touch of corruption?

I have always argued, anyone criticizing the present administration should put forward his suggestions. That is if he has any. I am quite sure the first thing most people will say is devalue the naira. Again I ask on who's interest if we devalue the naira? A nation that import virtually everything except the air we breath.

I remember vividly, what led to resignation of Prof Bath Nnaji former minister of Power. He was kicked out because he told the then President most of the biders are to here to improve the system but to make profit. Some nigerians were deceived by the reason the FG put forward "vested interest". The situation has gone bad, their capacity is been tested and pipelines are being blown up by enemy within and Nigeria is thrown into darkness.

Others may have forgotten how corruption was shouting "see me" in the last administration but nothing was done. Not for the soul of those young job seekers who were dupe all in the name of immigration recruitment. Yet the minister was not removed. That was another endorsement of corruption. Anyway, the yam and goat theory was what we got as compensation.

Please, before you rain insult, remember that our mother taught us that stealing is corruption.
There is the saying that goes: "to whom much is given much is expected"
Those discrediting Buhari admin to spite him and support their own are expecting much from whom little is given to.

This is a lame attempt to always find a sacrificial lamb to bear, absolve and atone buhari the saint in the eyes of the uninitiated.

For the records, all buhari's struggles with the state of the nation today were all self inflicted. In strategic management, it is common knowledge that some challenges require an immediate and spilt seconds decisions to salvage. Buhari's first six months immediately after the handover gave him away. I saw it coming so left the country for him.
Stop spewing falsehood . . . Most of what people like you use in bashing Buhari are things that were hitherto sustained by huge oil earnings. Things like Salaries, Forex, Fuel, and Budget.
Buhari has exceeded expectation already. His job is to steer the ship called Nigeria n not to be the one to make it filled up. With people idling away there is little The President can do. We produce next to nothing and so depend on oil fund shared out to buy foreign alternatives always. It is no fault of Buhari if oil price have gone down thereby making life harder for beggars in suits n agbadas. By blocking huge leakages in the system Buhari has a 100% success rate in what's doable. Go start something productive today n stop doing proxy-begging online, this is Monday morning bros . . . .

China go dey feel like one big oga for their mind now.
I once supervised a water treatment project handled by Chinese company for Lagos state government.
These guys don't know JACK. They packed their apprentices inside plane send them to Nigeria as expatriates. Can u imagine I caught them welding reinforcements head-to-head instead of lapping? And many other professional atrocities

Yet when they give our governments loans, they give us on the condition that we must give their companies the projects to handle. And if the project costs 20B, they charge us 42B and that we pay so so percentage before they release the balance. And the percentage will be equal to 20B! Hence Nigeria has been raped left right and center.

NB: No Chinese or Government person should call my line for this post. I am free to make my views known
Put Nigerians in charge of their own affairs n they will turn it into inter-regional competition.

Where was this vile advert sponsoring man when NOI and Emefiele were championing for TAX increase under Jonathan as a way to cushion reduced oil earning? Buhari has postponed such harsh option with his management of the system n deserves praise.
Even though I agree with Fayose's message, he isn't a fit messenger for such. TAX increase should reflect government support being felt by the business people. In Nigeria, business Generate their own power 90% of the time, provide water 100%, buy more parts for maintenance etc at a high cost thereby reducing the profit drastically, so why pay more to the government that isn't doing their part?
To make it worse when the goods are set at an inflated rate, the customs men can't prevent cheaper alternative from being smuggled in.
