I have a B.ed in Business education and I would like to go in for a Masters program in Educational administration and planning.

No employer will employ you if they need you not. Except it is a shady business where they have to justify the 'labor costs, trust me, the employer knows what s/he's doing. If you are new there, I would say such employer is assessing the kind of person you are. What are your goals? Of what value are you? You must remember that irrespective of the level of your output, your remuneration remains a fixed cost to the employer which must have been budgeted for. So such person must have considered the 'financial strain' your 'doing nothing' strategy will cost.

Like someone said, take up responsibilities. Add value - even if this value changes not your remuneration, it can never be taken from your EXPERIENCE!

I studied accounting EDUCATION which is like a duo qualification that has been to my advantage so far.
As a teacher, I can tell u dt my take home is nt terrible at all.

nne3870: @unmask I doubt having a ministry is the best thing to do, The scripture pointed out clearly that "in the last days, I will pour out my spirit on all flesh, young men, old men daughters shall dream dreams and have visions too" so if I set up a ministry simply because I dream then people will not attend my church so that they can be renewed rather they will attend so I can tell them bout their future which is wrong.

Since I dream a lot I make it a point of duty to interpret dreams which I do. May be you tell me your dreams so I can interpret them as well.
