Mentor, I don't mean to question your knowledge on these things as you've been there and done that, but we can't just generalize about moods and being human. People are getting delayed left, right and center spread across different months all with the same reasons for denial, surely there is a deep rooted reason for this and a mere shrug of the shoulder and dismissing trends wouldn'bring us any closer to getting positive news on the thread again.

Btw, a couple of guys have re-applied with better written SoPs yet it didnt do much to help their cause.

I would like to apply using paper route, and the sponsor would not want to give me the SOA directly.
So i read some where that the sponsor can send the SOA through his bank to the embassy cos he would not want me to see.

Thank you Siga - I want to apply for Sept 2016 and i guess applications will open by Sept of this year. I have researched these schools and I do qualify for the Masters in Industrial Relations and Human resources. I have the relevant work experience (Over 7 years) and good CPGA (3.81). Also, the tuition is affordable and i will be going on study leave. I will continue to reserch these schools in case any requirement changes. Also, i am perfectly bilingual (French and English) if that is a requirement too...

I want to apply for Masters in HR and i hear it is difficult to get into these schools because there are not much blacks in them.
