This is really funny, so did they think, one who travelled to UAE and the likes went on foot?, or everybody must travel to USA and UK before applying for study permit?... crap!

... And why would u believe such statement? ... People who have been to UK and other European countries have been denied with one of the reasons been travel history....

Hi y'all,

Please for those in Ottawa/Ontario province...ogasiga, kroner, redribs et all, how much is the cost of living for a month all things being equal. I am trying to fill my form and I put $6000 in the column that says 'other' under funds available for tuition, room and board etc.My dad says I should clarify and not just put any figure

Lastly, pls I know you guys have said this before but just so my father will see it ....the funds to be written on the form are just for one year of stay right...like the tuition and other things are not for the entire duration but just one year.

While I am not in support of the agent's claim I do feel some people have links somehow. Probably not guaranteeing visa but maybe keepan eye on a particular app.

I read once on here someone announcing that his application had been processed and he was being called for medical just about 3 days before the medical request officially dropped..Infact,bhe claimed he had an insider in CIC who alerted him abt being on the medical awaitees list or sumtin like that (And he wasnt canvassing for an agent)..

So maybe, there are people who have links and can give infor about the application but have entirely no power whatsoever onbthe decision of the VO.

P:S: I am also in communication with an agent asking me to pay 150k for him to help me process my application, and I provided him with all documentation to use, but he insisted that I am almost behind schedule and that once he arranges my documents and process my application for me, that he knows a Canadian Immigration personnel that he would need to send all the documents for fast processing. I don't know if this is true or not. Is there anybody that could confirm this? And I need advice as well. Thank you.

A guy was here a couple of weeks ago who was denied after medicals now. He is just applying afresh.
I have read someone denied even at the point of entry. These are not common at all but NOT impossible.
Oyinbo fit do Anything if they suspect inappropriate links to outlaw organizations etc
