Free them jare. When I was 16years old, I was infatuated with a guy of 20s. But we didn't have sex cos I wasn't brave enough and he didn't want to force me. So he kept me at bay.

Besides you can only charge the vehicles owner for failing to get certificate of road worthiness if indeed he failed to obtain one, and not for manslaughter because he was not the one driving the truck.

...you have a point but now is the time you will see govt asking for all the normal checks a driver should do before starting engine and owner to ensure trucks are serviced regularly... I bet you ..they will throw enough books at the owner...same govt agency will claim the owner did not get any MOT docs from them and it's all fake...
