As a matter of fact, the canadian high commision in Nigeria don't issue out a permanent residence visa, which is simply a proof that such does not exist.. If you need that , Go to Accra, that is where you get a permanent resisdence visa after thorougly scrutinizing applicants, Dont know much about Australia.Do they even have a high comission in Nigeria?

MOD....Thanks for raising this oooo.....I live in Canada and I have had people call and email asking for this imaginary Canadian Visa Lottery....there is nothing like that....I have even had some of them argue with me saying I dont know what i am saying.....hopefully, once we start the awareness here...it will spread through Naija and help stop people from burning their money.....
