Why is that police is never on ground to control or stop some things from getting out of hand? The ones available will divide themselves at some strategic junctions collecting money from motorists everyday. You need to be in this state to understand the frustrations of ndi ANAMBRA especially here at Onitsha.
The most embarrassing thing is that monies collected by this touts never reflects on the states IGR but end up in private pockets.
The state government needs to put it acts together and end every form of dubious collection in the state. The Nigerian Police should do their work of policing, at the moment they are nothing but toll collectors.

I can understand the plight of the woman come to think of it, She should be grateful to God that the Nanny didn't sleep and got pregnant for her husband.
