Guys I have an interesting situation.

I opened dispute for an order that was sent by "seller's shipping method" . It never arrived but seller has uploaded evidence showing I already signed for and recieved my order in Nigeria.
A little reverse engineering on the courier website shows that it is a fake tracker and I can prove this easily.
Problem is seller can change the web script if he gets to see my evidence before AliExpress Dispute Team can check it.
I plan to let things play out and if they decide for him( he appears to have won several disputes using this fake tracking) then I will escalate dispute.
My question: Is Dispute escalation still an option and do they allow you to privately upload evidence that the other party will not see?

Well, for you to recognise his trick via reverse engineering shows that you know how to track him.
But not everyone here can do that. Could u Pls mention the name of d store or drop a screenshot of d store here so others can see?

Hello everyone, Eversend is an app that has been working fine for currency exchanges and borderless transactions. In fact, you are made to link your cards in order to carry out transactions.
But of recent, they have turned to scammers and in fact, thieves. If you visit their Facebook page, you will read comments from their customers complaining about pending transactions for weeks. The in-app customer support have stopped responding to messages.

For 2weeks now, my 50k have been pending and yet no reply from customer care.
Last week, I received illegal transactions from 2 cards linked to my Eversend account. They even took all the money in my GTB bank acct and it's now showing negative balance. They could not take the one in access bank because the card had already expired.

So guys, if you have money with them, am sorry. But try and withdraw it, that is, if you will be allowed to withdraw it.

Find attached the Eversend app website shown on their attached pic and also the few comments on their FB page.
STAY AWAY FROM EVERSEND. They are now scammers.

Yes Eversend was working well previously and I have used their virtual card for transaction too. But as I type this, Eversend is now a thief. They are scammers now.
Go to their Facebook page and read comments from their customers about pending transactions being held by Eversend.
Their in-app customer support don't reply anymore.
In fact, I plan to open a thread here to call them out and warn people.
They are currently holding my 50,000naira for over 2weeks.

If you have any linked cards with them, Pls go and remove it. They wiped out my money from linked cards. Another person complained same on their Facebook page.

Stay away from Eversend. Do biz with them at your risk.

Yeah I contacted the owner of d page via inbox and he said that Facebook deleted the post claiming it violates their rules.
You know that stuffs like that hardly get leaked via Facebook.
But send the guy a message to the page inbox and he will reply and send u the steps via your inbox.

Well, Search for Erisco, Ric-giko and Nagiko tin tomatoes around. And also try and do your market survey to find out which brand the people like too.
Bro, having money is part one, knowing what to invest in is part 2 and doing your market survey on how to start is part 3 (and is the hardest part).

Bro Pls forget wine and drinks for now since you are just starting. You can add those ones when you are fully strong in d market.
I would advice you go into food stuffs. Everyone eat to stay alive. But they can drink water and forget wine.
So look for companies that deal on food stuffs like tomatoes, noodles etc and apply.
But the truth is, that amount is small to be a big time distributor. You may be a sub-distributor and it's still ok for a start.
Like in my place of work (tomato company), to be a distributor, u need to start with at least, 25m. But with that amount u have, u will receive tin tomatoes supply at a little reduced rate( company price).

Well, it depends on how fast you want the person to receive it.
Some take a day and some take 2 to 3mins to reach the receiver.
I do not know about main bank accounts but I do send to only mobile money and it gets delivered within 3mins.
But take note that if network disturbs, it could take up to 30mins.
Just take time and find a better way. Also look out for charges.

Thank You for this Bro. The last time I open Webmoney account to use on AliExpress when my account card option was blocked, the thing didn't work for me. I tried several times but still failed. I asked a guy about the issue then he told me that this doesn't work in Nigeria.

I don't know why your webmoney did not work. But in order for it to work well, you must have at least a badge called "Formal passport" and it's gotten by verifying your account with a passport.
I use my webmoney on AliExpress whenever I want to, and if I want to purchase stuffs above $100 and in case of any refund, I still get it refunded to my webmoney account.

Webmoney rate is 510 per dollar.

But if the rate is high for you, you can contact a guy here who offers to buy stuff for someone on AliExpress at 460/470.

Bro, as far as you make the appeal after the card payment option has been blocked and the appeal had been declined, just leave the account like one month, then it will continue accepting card payment. Now if what you need to order is urgently, just open another AliExpress account and place your order, this is what I did when something like this happens to me and after your main account was released, just go back to it. Forget about something like Web money, I don't think it will work for you here in Nigeria. Just relax and follow this procedures.

Don't say what you do not know. Webmoney works just like Skrill and perfect money in Nigeria.
I have been using webmoney to buy stuffs on AliExpress and other sites that accept it.

HalalcryptoExchange is a Fraudster and a Thief. His contact is (+233) 0247107763.
His name is Abdulai Adam.

He is a peer on paxful and uses that influence to scam people, because he easy wins dispute due to his status as a peer.

I sent 930c to a friend in Accra. The friend claimed not to have received the money but HalalcryptoExchange uploaded a fake sms-screenshot. That was all he needed to win the dispute.

The dispute took about 10minutes, just because he is a peer. Not even enough time for me a present my evidence.

Scammers are abusing the Peer system, so paxful and innocent souls should brace up.

I’ve since begged him on all platform to at least Send me a voice recording from Mtn-Customer care confirming that the payment was true Ly sent, but he has refused.

Guys beware.
Paxful is aiding its peers with their crimes.

Sorry for that. But next time use app like Eversend to send cedis to mobile money accounts. I use that to send and it delivers within 2 to 3mins.
Apart from using the app to send money, you can make extra cash on the app via dollar arbitrage.

Off course the bank statement must be stamped as prove that the bank verified your address.
I used my GTB account. GTB makes it easy by downloading it online and it comes already stamped.
Alternatively, you can go and get the hard copy fully stamped from your bank and then use your phone to snap it. But make it clear.

At least, they will know that not all in Nigeria are fraudulent.
