I actually served at Zamfara. Camped at Tsafe but was fortunate to be posted to an eatery in Gusau as a store officer there.

I have no idea about Zenith bank but I think this banks are just using the masses to make money anyhow.

I think they are not really stable with their exchange rates. For instance, GTB charged me 433.47 when I used it on 13th march but on 15th mach, they charged me 420.8.
So it's not really stable.

Please could you explain what happened

Remember China started their long annual spring holiday in February....some suppliers and local logistics companies started late January.....it delayed arrival of people's goods to our office. By the time we moved goods to airport, holiday caught up with it and again some of our Chinese staffs started holiday earlier, leaving only 2 staffs to do the packing of customers goods so they mixed things up and packed Guangzhou goods (normal goods) with Hong Kong goods (battery/powder/magnet/liquid) together with GZ goods and after the holiday, Chinese airport authority did their usual scanning of loads and discovered our luggage contained dangerous items (items with battery and magnet) and seized our packages and we had to bail them and send to Hong Kong airport that handle dangerous goods.


And you know Hong Kong goods take very long to arrive....due to scarcity of flights and screening process...these factors led to delay for people that ordered late January.


But all goods will be in Lagos by Tuesday and customers will receive pickup messages starting Wednesday, so we sincerely apologize for this and whatsoever inconvenience caused.


Logistics business is not really a straightforward thing, sometimes things go bad outside the normal plan/schedule....please I am deeply sorry.

Bro I advise that u apply for the fund to be split into half. You will spend much money sending that stuff to China. And even if u send it, d guy can deny that he did not receive it. U will then lose money and d said faulty item.

Let's say, u bought it for $100, apply for $55 or $60. In biz we lose sometimes and gain sometimes. But definitely, we learn everyday.

U are right bro. There some things on AliExpress I cannot buy because some of those wicked sellers will purposely send u a faulty/bad product knowing that u won't want to spend money returning it to China. Thereby making one to lose money.

It happened to me once with a small solar touch light. It arrived fine but after 3days it developed fault and died totally. I opened dispute, uploaded the dead solar touch and I had to accept the fund to be split into half instead of wasting money to send a dead touchlight.

Since then, I select what I buy there and I send message to the seller INFORMING HIM TO SEND ME A WORKING ITEM AND NOT FAULTY item. (atleast he won't deny not getting the warning).

Bro, well, there are two explanations to the extension of item arrival by d seller.
1) Some sellers extend it when they are fully sure that they sent the item and at d same time know that the delivery type they used will delay.
But at d end , u will get your item. ( I EXPERIENCED THIS LAST YEAR DURING COVID-19 PERIOD, BUT I GOT MY ITEMS LATE)

2) Some sellers extend it so that you get tired of waiting and u finally forget the item and then your protection period is over. U then lose the case.

Advice: chat the seller and find out what's happening. Tell him u will file a dispute for a refund but if the item arrives, u will still pay him. Then hear what he will say. Good luck.
