I know you would have forgotten me because have been away for quite a while or mayb udey so tied down with canny whiteys chicks. Biko, I was denied TRV some time in November even though i used an agent. Though i was advised by many NL to relax and wait for next year but the drive in me could not wait. I reapplied on December 3 and did my biometrics on the 6th. I checked mycic yesterday and I saw a message to go for my medicals and I will like to make the arrangement today.
1. I need an advise on which hospital/clinic handles medicals fastest.
2. My school will start a new session on monday, jan 6th. What do I do to make sure that I take advantage of this process for the fall (september) academic session.
3. Is it possible I still take advantage of this winter(jan) session now that is certain I will lose about 1month

ChriGo: .....Spartan 300....The beauty of doing a 2yrs course is that you get a 3yrs work permit....doing a 1 year course only gives u a 1yr work permit...ok now going by the link...its talking about job offer....what if after ur 1yr course u do not get job immediately?....some times peeps wait 6months before getting job....and if u waste 6months looking for job, u have 6months left to work...am sure no employer would wana employ u with 6months work permit....but if u had gotten the 3yrs work permit and u're able to get job within 4-6months of graduation, u still have enough time to work and then file for PR either through PNP or through experience class....thats why 3yrs work permit is just so cool....

I can only say my agent worked with the paper mentality. Though they were frank that they have not done any online before.

If that is very important, then i goofed there. Meanwhile what should be the content of such a letter.

We did the online application together and I have my GCKey details. But why do you say it looks more like paper application?

ChriGo: ....Differ?...bro if u have ur tuition tied down to the sch then i believe u can differ as many times as u want...but some sch's no dey gree differial irrespective of whether u paid tuition or not...dem go just tell u to reapply...and u know what dis means....Another application fee....haba!! Someone pls help!!!!!!!!!!. I have been refused student visa twice. Subsequently, I engaged the service of a representative for the third attempt. I submitted an application for a student visa using the online option and in two weeks I got a refusal letter from the embassy. All the reasons given sounded flimsy because all the information on the ground of resusal was provided. One of such reasons was that the visa officer did not know the purpose of my travel even though I attached an application form for study made outside of Canada and an acceptance letter from the school. My agent has initiated a judicial review of my file and may be appealing the decision. But my doubt is in the lead time considering my program start date which is January 6, 2014. Please I want your candid advise if I can submit another application now, while the appeal runs parallel.
