Politics › Scrutinizing Atiku's Result Claim - Clear Evidence Of Fraud by SillyMods(op): 12:30pm On Mar 21, 2019 |
It saddens me to ever imagine that some Nigerian politicians take a lot of the youths for a ride. Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and PDP recently claimed that they won the recently concluded presidential election according to what's contained in a supposed INEC Sever. People given to emotions quickly latched unto the claim and started celebrating a hopeless hope on the basis of such bogus claim. While we are not the courts nor lawyers, we can do very simple deductions and analysis to determine if the claim by ATiku and PDP makes any sense. So, let's quickly scrutinize their claim:
1. In 33 states on the result released by Premium Times (as given to the media house by Atiku/PDP), the total sum of votes given to APC and PDP are exactly equal to the total number of accredited voters! How can this be correct when we know that there must have been invalid votes, other parties including AAC, YPP, GNRP actually received some percentage of the total votes cast in the same election? Where are all these votes in Atiku's/PDP's tally or result? At least we know that Sowore won his polling units and scored some votes across the country, where are they in their result?
2. In some states such as Abia and Bauchi, the sum of votes Atiku/PDP are claiming to have been scored by APC and PDP alone are more than the sum of accredited voters for the same election! In Abia, they claim that 853,050 voter were accredited to vote but the total votes given to APC (198,391) and PDP (664,659) equal to 863,050 votes which is 10,000 votes more than number of accredited voter. In Bauchi, accredited voters are 1,041,418 and total votes given to APC and PDP equal 1,041,705! Make una reason am please?
3. In the final analysis, total accredited voters according to Atiku/PDP was 35,098,162 including those accredited for Rivers state. however, in the result being flaunted around by Atiku/PDP, there was no votes for APC and PDP (they claimed that result has not been uploaded in INEC server). The absurdity here is that the sum of total votes alleged to have been scored by APC (16,741,430) and that of PDP (18,356,732) equal the exact figure accredited for the election at 35,098,162! So, what will happen once the votes of Rivers state are added to this total votes scored? Your guess is as good as mine. This is an error that a JSS student will deserve flogging for.
It is very clear that Atiku and PDP are engaged on a strategy to keep their supporters busy (and unfortunately the rest of us) for a reasonable length of time by attempting to discredit the election they lost very clearly.
One thing in life is that, to sustain a lie, you may need 10 more lies. Atiku is a sore loser and the earlier his supporters realized it, the better for their sanity.

Trolla: Now you're talking, that's where we're all headed to, the validity of the evidence, if its true, then Atiku has a very strong case else his case is DOA I haven't accepted Atiku's evidence as true just yet, though i admit i'm bias in his favor. As regards the bold, INEC presenting their own version doesn't necessarily invalidate Atiku's version, what if its the case of a mole, in INEC's ICT or Leadership this is just one i can think of that would make it difficult for INEC to easily invalidate Atiku's claim, there are other ways of course, generally when you present an evidence, you want to make sure it's difficult to refute or fool-proof Kudos. But Atiku will be the one to prove authenticity of his own result or prove that INEC's result is not the correct version. In that case, Atiku will somehow have to score an own goal by revealing who was compromised or how he hacked INEC system to get the result he has. If we get to that level, all his evidences will have been tainted and unreliable since he will have shown that he used illegal means to get certain info from INEC's system. We don't have to be a lawyer to know that he has one way or the other shot himself in the foot. |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 11:16am On Mar 21, 2019 |
Psoul: Whatever that was transmitted manually will be updated in the data base...right? Atiku said that the database figures shows that he won with a margin of about 1.6million votes.
He did not say that the figure transmitted by the card reader show he won the election, but the one in the database. Whether it was transmitted manually or through the card reader is no longer the problem. What makes you think Atiku and his team have not tampered with the server? Could they have hacked INEC server to get access to the result? If yes, which is very likely, could they have tampered with the results to suit their claim of being the winner of the election? Definitely! |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 11:14am On Mar 21, 2019 |
nwanyionitsha: Card readers have number of accredited voters. This doesn't answer my question. Again, what makes you think Atiku and his team are flaunting the correct results in the so-called INEC server? |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 11:07am On Mar 21, 2019 |
nwanyionitsha: Oga,comprehend. Let me give you example : Accredited voters:1.2million Valid votes 1.1million Rejected /viod votes:100,000
Results Apc: 800,000 Pdp: 750,000 Others: 50,000 Result total: 1.6million Can you see that the result total is above the number if accredited voters by 400,000. Now, inec will have to explain to the courts, where the extra 400,000voters came from. What makes you think what Atiku and PDP are presenting have not been tampered with? |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 11:05am On Mar 21, 2019 |
Trolla: I believe that's INEC's and APC's headache to worry about, I believe the court is more interested in the evidence and its validity, rather than the means through which it was gotten And why would anyone accept Atiku's purported INEC's sever report as evidence when he's not the person responsible to have it or present it as a valid document. If INEC presents their own version of the server's results, isn't the one Atiku brandishing useless since he's not the right authority to be in its possession? What even makes you accept what Atiku is flaunting as the correct result? |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 10:30am On Mar 21, 2019 |
Trolla: My point is regardless of whether or not the manual collation and announcement of results is used, the results in inec's database has to tally with the manual results and i believe that's where Atiku is going to, how can he win on the electronic collation and the manual results say otherwise?(losing by over 4million votes or thereabout), wasn't it updated through the manual, it was exactly what each PO had in their reult sheet, that was recorded in the card reader and sent to the server...... That is where question 4 comes in. So, Atiku must have hacked INEC server to discover what's therein. And if that's the case, he could have doctored the content as well to support his claim of winning. Doesn't this make sense? |
Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 10:08am On Mar 21, 2019 |
Trolla: Mr man, the PO actually records the data of the election after sorting and counting and transmits it to inec server, ask any corper that was involved in the election, what inec is saying is just rubbish, on the card reader, there is an e-collation app, used for this and each polling unit has their unique login username and password. Help answer these questions then: 1. Did INEC officials use the e-collation in all polling units? 2. If the above was actually done, isn't it a violation of the Electoral Act which forbids electronic transmission of election result? 3. If #1 above was indeed done, will it be superior to the manual collation and announcing of results which is what the EA recognizes? 4. How would Atiku and PDP have known what's in INEC server without hacking it or compromising INEC and/or indeed tampering with INEC server? |

Politics › Re: Card Readers Transmit Accreditation Data And Not Voting Data - INEC by SillyMods: 9:29am On Mar 21, 2019 |
henrolevra: let me inform you that inec deployed some corpers as RATECH to oversee all card readers. Incase a card reader is faulty, is there duty to rectified it. There duty is not limited to that. There were also to make use of e-collation app in that card reader to enter the result of each polling unit and transmitt it electronically to inec server. Some were giving inec z-pad tablet for such exercise. You need to answer these questions then I understand your point clearly. The questions remain: 1. 4.
