So, I discovered through this thread that Elzazaky has been a regular customer at various detention centers across Nigeria for his views and religious activities on many occasions in the past. From Abacha to IBB and even before them. Enjoy reading about the man some of you will die to defend.

1. Ibraheem ZakZaky has been detained several times for his ideas by past govts. Enugu (1981 - 1984) ; notorious interrogation center of NSO, Lagos (1984-1985); kirikiri max security (1985); Our own Port Harcourt (1987/89) & back to PH (1996/97)

Kaduna (1987 and 1997-1998). In 2014, Zaria Quds Day massacres, 35 people died

The govt of Sokoto in 2007 demolished an Islamic center. Furthermore clashes between Sunni & Shia residents in d state followed d assassination of Salafi Imam Umaru Danmaishiyya who was preaching against Shia.

Zakzaky is a graduate of Bsc Economics of our own ABU. Graduated with First Class . D degree was denied to him by the University authorities due to his Islamic activities

Presently , he has spent almost 18years in Dawah calling for total establishment of Islam

May 10, 2006; Sunni and Shia Islamic sects clashed in Sokoto that led to several deaths. Though d Gov Baffawara said d “skirmishes were of minimal level”

The first time I watched Federer play was the day I became a tennis fan! His style of play,art of playing as well as the way he makes most difficult thing looks so easy made me like him the more.

But come to think of it,Djokovic suffered so much in the hands of both Federer and nadal on his path to greatness,losing to them in both quarterfinals and semifinals of grands slams. But through playing both over the years to the tune of 40 times each,made him study their games and as well build mental strength against them.

If you are a true tennis fan you won't find it hard to realise djokovic is the most complete tennis player as I speak.

His style of play,he targets his opponents backhand till they commit error or submit.
Now this is where he has an advantage over Federer, as Federer's backhand sometimes let him down. If Federer serves awesome tomorrow with his quality signature backhand on point,then it's a win for him,and that would be a 9th Wimbledon trophy.If not,then djoker would walk away with his 5th Wimbledon trophy.

I can't agree more with you. Federer is the reason I started following tennis in early 2006 because of his style.

No doubt, Djoko has done tremendously well by overcoming both Nadal and Federer. I can only admire his achievements. Nevertheless, I believe Federer will turn up for the match and do the needful to nick this one from Djokovic. I like the fact that not many is favouring him to win today, he is the underdog just as he was against Nadal. But the old man has got all the tricks to turn the table on Djokovic.

I can only but laugh. I recall hearing this line severally even before he faced Nadal. Today, Nadal's fans are coming up with excuses why he lost.

Anyone who knows a thing about tennis and who is truthful to himself will accept that 25-22 H2H is nothing to conclude that the match can't go either way.

Since 2015 to 2019 Roger had only beaten Djokovic once in 2015 group stage of ATP finals in London. For 4 years plus, Federer has been very abysmal vs Djokovic.

Mind you, I'm his fan want GS 21 tomorrow, but as you said, a 38 year old man playing at that level, is really a legend, but can be very inconsistent as he has been since winning Australia open in 2018 in all GS since then

Federer was abysmal against Nadal until 2016 and he has won 6 of their 7 contests since then. What says he can't beat Djokovic tomorrow if he reproduces the same form he brought against Nadal.

Try watch the 2015 Wimbledon final and also US Open final of same year. It was Djokovic vs Federer in back to back finals, he won both

The fact is, if Federer plays his A game, NOBODY in tennis can beat him even if they play their A game too. The problem with Federer nowadays is inconsistency with his games which is caused by age.

If Federer at almost 38 can be this competitive, it's disrespectful for anyone to write him off against any tennis player at this point.

I saw the Tennis match live today.. At 37yrs with that thick body and booty she still play wonderfully well.. Still No. 1.

But, what baffles me is, can she beat Halep in the final Halep is a machine, she plays like she's on drug, running around the court tirelessly while stressing out her opponent. She so much need this to prove the world wrong...
