firstly, my definition of an ideal church is based on the followings:
1. The WORD
2. The Doctrines
3. The LIFE of the founder(s)
4. Music
5. Money

ok lemmi start off:

Over the week i had the privilege of attending a retreat in Nigeria, In Gboko-Benue state. this program: MINISTERS LEADERSHIP RETREAT, which spanned from Wednesday 11th December through sunday, 15th December 2013.

This is a annual NON-DENOMINATIONAL programme that hosts thousand of souls (not less than 30, 000 believers) both home and abroad, under the presence of the Lord, travelling in prayer and supplications and being taught an undiluted message of God.

1. The Word: As said earlier, the word of God is taught undiluted and the emphasis is on the LIFE OF JESUS.
2.The Doctrines are rightly inline with the intention of God, such that it is done as Jesus would have.
3. The life of the Founder, Bro. Gbile Akanni, is a seosoned man of God. an empty vessel through which God has been using to sound REVIVAL in our world today. To me, I see the picture of apostle Paul, when I hear of Bro. Gbile.
4. Music, though not really contemporary, but the essence is that words be heared and ministry through songs be achieved.
5. Money: This is the part that is gonna shock you the most: throughout the stay, No offering collections, no thithe collection, no reception of free-will giving (unless directed by the Holy Spirit) free accommodation and workers DON'T get paid in cash (God pays 'em). No defined source of monetary income, yet the MOST GENEROUS OF ALL MINISTRIES.

this and many more I'd love to say but don't have much time cosmi gotta study my Bible. but with a few piks, I'd love u to have an idea of what im sayin. FRIENDS HEAVEN IS REAL. WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY? ??

ur training there is basically a military-like training, fully regimented. you could be a successful sea-farer, a captain or could go into the Navy. But as a graduate of the school, you stand better advantage of employment into coys like Nimasa, oil servicing, and other private , Maritime orgs.

Hello ma people. i am just recovering from a very traumatic experience I've been battling with for the past couple of days. The clinic at my working place sought for staff to come for Hepatitis-B test, in order that those found negative would eventually be Vaccinated against such ailment.

so i carried my two legs to the Clinic for the test, just to discover (when the results were ready) that i was POSITIVE!

i was aggrieved, devastated, shattered and downcasted. Different thoughts clouded my mind just in the count of micro-seconds, a few of which are:
My wife: Oh she definitely has it too. which must have been from me, cos i'm the only one who had had intimate relationships b4 wedding.
Our Unborn Child: ohhh my father never passed on any of this kinda ailment to me, so y would i?
My Siblings, My EFFECT/Contribution to the world, etc.

I left in a hurry to one renown medical Lab. for a confirmatory test. Lo and behold the result was NEGATIVE. i left in a hurry to another Lab and the result was NEGATIVE TOO!

Now i'm confused and don't know how to approach this yeye Clinic people. Do we have anyone in the house that has ever been in my kinda shoes? what was your reaction or what would be your reaction if your medical test result was proven wrong?

The court upturned the judgement of a Lagos High Court.
The Court of Appeal in Lagos has discharged and acquitted Hamza Al-Mustapha from the murder of Kudirat Abiola.
The judgment overturns that of the Lagos High Court which sentenced him to death by hanging.
The presiding judge accused the lower court of being “stroked to secure a conviction by all means.”
Mr. Al-Mustapha was a former chief security officer to the late dictator, Sani Abacha.
He was sentenced to death on January 30 for conspiracy and murder of Mrs. Abiola.
Mrs. Abiola, 45, was shot in Lagos on June 4, 1996, as the lower court ruled, on the orders of Mr. Al-Mustapha.
