LEVI JUST SAT CLOSE TO THE FIRE.. THE REMINDER OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED SENT JITTERS ALL OVER HIS BODY...
He wonder why he doesn't remenber anything... He was scared.. Scared it might happen again.... Pandora's words were coming to reality.....

"How are you feeling?

He gritted when Francis voice interrupted his thoughts...... He pout... Gave a low snort.... "I think i will be fine... "

"You've seem what happened.... We can't continue staying here....? Pandora blared out.. Trepidation in her voice...

Francis swallowed... His inner mind telling him she was right... Worse can happen.... "We can't go anywhere this night... We have no light.... "

"Leaving here will be avoiding death.... "Pandora boom out.. Her body shivering as she recall what happened to Levi....

"We will be working in darkness.. Which is even worse.... "Katherine interjects.

"If we stay together.. Nothing will happen to us... "Francis said with a feeling of confidence....

"What if it happens again...? She ask. Terror in her voice... A feeling of awe overwhelming her... Clouding her sense of reasoning.....

"We know a way to fight it if it happens again...

"You think punching someone will be enough....? She cut in.....

"It worked on Levi..... "Francis boom out ... He squeaked thinking of all the possible ways he can explain to her that they will be alright.. That nothing was going to happened... Though what happened to Levi scared him.. But he knew he needs to be strong.. If not for him. For Katherine... "Let's just pray it doesn't happen again... "

Levi rolled his eyes at them.. First at Francis who was optimistic they will be saved.. That they will survive the horrors of the night... Never in his life have he experienced such a thing.. He has gone through some rough parts. Done some shady things but it was all in his control not someone else..... He insutilate and shift his gaze at Katherine... Inwardly he can tell she was scared... Afraid that the worst might happen and she will blame herself for it.... He sigh... When his gaze met Pandora's.... The bleak expression that everything wasn't going to be okay etched on her face.... She was scared.. Greatly scared...

He look at the cloud.. It was still dark... What happened to him has chased the hunger and drowsiness that was licking him away. Now all he feels was a strong hold of presentiment... A foreboding funk swimming in him.... He look around at the sound of any noise... Voice.. Sound..... Will they really be okay... The night was still young and he hopes it isn't full of horrors....

Not wanting to be alone.. The guards ran in unison... They stop when the head guard ordered....

They stood with their heart racing at tremendous speed.... Looking around them....

They shone the firelamp around making sure the beast wasn't anywhere near them..
Each of them standing beside the other... Non of them dared to stand a few pace from the rest.... They stood together.. A finger distance from each other...

"I think it's gone.... "The head guard said...

The guards didn't believe it... If it was the infamaccumuno as they think.. He is not going anywhere until they are all dead... They have come for their dead....

"Is everyone okay...? The head guard ask...

Non bothered to answer... They were consumed by the fear that lurks in them... Their hands trembling...

With the sword griply in their hands.... They look around.... The darkness was silent.. The branches remain mute... Besides their voices and the hard beat of their hearts... They couldn't hear any other thing...

They shook when they heard a low groan... Then a growled.. A snarling grunt... A shadow moving from the thin darkness....

Their heart pounded out of their chest.... Each held the sword to their faces...

"Don't move.. Remain in position.... "The head guard said....

Terror... Fright swept through the guards when the growling sound came closer...
It sent panic to the deep end of their soul.. Their body shivering....their body resorted in discomposure....

"Stay close.... "The head guard said....

Out of nowhere.. The beast busted out.. Rushing into their midst.......
It's speed threw some guards on the ground falling off their swords....
Some took to their heels and quickly run away while some try to reunite theirselves with their swords....

Eyes slack-jawed.... Heart throbbing fast... The head guard watch as one of the guards flesh was torn out... By the monster hands.. his sharp fingers... claws... Thick and sharp teeth piercing into the guard's skin....

The guard screams echoed in his ears then he quickly realise what was happening... Without hesitation.. He pounced at the monster and stabbed it's back.....

The infamaccumuno growled.... With angry eyes... He hit the head guard with his hand....

The hit made the head guard lost his balance and he fell to the floor......

The infamaccumuno took out one last meal from the guard and made his way into the darkness....

Some of the guards who were still close... Rushed to the head guard side.. While the rest to the dying guard on the ground..... The flesh of his stomach plucked out... His intestines crouching down... Some on the floor... Blood flowing freely..... He took his last breathe and gave up the ghost...

The sight sent nausea to one of the guards and he quickly vomited......

Katherine blinked... Then she wipe her eyes with the back of her palm... Trying to chase away the sleep that was making it's way into her... She can't sleep not after what happened Levi... how can she possibly sleep....

She Drew closer to the fire.. Allowing the heat of the fire to do the work she wasn't strong enough to do...

They were all afraid of sleeping.... They were scared.. Scared worst things could happen as Pandora has anticipated...

Fear engulfed them...them they quickly stood up when they heard footsteps approaching....

They glance at each other... Francis quickly pick up the small dagger and hold it firmly...

As footsteps came closer...so their heart raced... Almost making them crumbled at the fast rate of it. .....

Slowly... Legs trembling.... The person emerge out from the darkness...

They shivered when they saw a guard. They quickly shift aback.. Staying close to each other.....

The guard quickly stop when he saw them.... He lour down to take a breathe... Sucking in all the breathe he can.... When he raise his head to face them.. He saw a dagger painting to his neck.... He rolled his eyes at them.. They were the prisoners they've been looking for.....

"What are you doing here...? Francis quickly ask holding the dagger griply to his neck....

"We were sent here to serach for you... "The guard said with trembling mouth....

"How many of you are here? Francis queried....

The guard exhales.. Then he jecked the dagger away from him.... "You need to get out of this place.... There is a monster here... "

His words sent cold chills down their spines.... "Why should we believe you....? Francis ask anxiously

"Believe what you want, you are going to die anyway.. You need to run.. This stupid dagger won't save you from him... "He said throwing the dagger on the floor....

"He's coming... "The guard added then he took a wood of fire from the burning fire scattering the fire but the woods were still burning....
"Leave here while you still have the chance... "he said.. Tremor in his voice... Then he left them there.. Using the burning wood as light...

"It's real... The infamaccumuno is real.... "Pandora said with trembling mouth....

Their heart skipped.....trepidation engulfing them when they heard the guard screamed....

They quickly shift aback.... Francis took out another wood and panned the fire on it forward....

He shivered when something thrown from the darkness hit him.....

They screamed when they noticed it was the guard's hand.....

Without hesitation... They gave way to race.

The head guard counted the number of guards with him.. They were just four including him five.... One was dead with his stomach opened... His bones and intestines cracked out from his body.... His blood wetting the floor..... While the rest has probably dispatch to other places

"We need to go back.. "One of guards said.

The head guard didn't reply but he knew it was true... They need to go back.. They need to find their way out of the bush....

"We've come to our dead... "Another guard hollered...

Just then the whispers came.... They stood still listening to the voice in their heads.. The voice urging them to kill each other... They obeyed each drawing his sword out.. It was a battle to the death....

They fought roughly.. Cutting off each other....

One was stabbed deeply in the heart and he collapsed to the ground.. He couldn't breathe. He tried to raise his sword again but he couldn't... From the ground he watched the other fight... Then he quickly realise what they were doing.. He wanted to say something.. To urge them to stop... But it was too late... He sneer and cough out blood then he died....

Francis quickly drop the wood when it started spreading to the edge he has wrapped his hands on....

They stood as the wood fueled with fire....

Heart throbbing fast... They stood close to each other..... Each praying nothing happens.. Each praying to survive.....
They crumbled... Their feets trembling when the snarling growled came.... First faintly.. Then it started to became loud....

Oblivious of where the growled was coming from they decided to continue with their race... Each running closer to the other... In the thin darkness...

They had no idea where they were running to but it was better to run than to face whatever was making that noise...

Andrenaline tinge with the cold wind of the branches of the trees prick their spines.....

They continue running until Katherine stumbled on a fallen wood.. And she lost her balance falling on the floor....

"Katherine..... "Francis blared out rushing back to her....

He screamed when a hand grip him his leg... Dragging him away...

"Francis..... "Katherine shouted at the top of her voice.... Drawing the attention of the other two....

She grimace.. Then she stood up and began to chase back the sound of his screams.......
Levi and Pandora had no choice but to run after her....

A foreboding terror chased it's way down into Francis as the infamaccumuno drag him away....

A cold sweat tinge with blood ran down his face as his body sweep the floor....

With rage flushing through him.... He kick him and yanked himself free.... Almost at the verge of running when he got hold of him again......

He growled at Francis... Gnashing his teeth in his face....

Horror seize Francis. He hold his hands to yank free... His hands were rough.. Hairy... And strong..
"Let me go you bastard...... "Francis yelled.....

He felt breathless when the infamaccumuno held him by the neck... Raising him from the ground....

He couldn't breathe.. His legs dangling in the air... He try to fight him off... Then he touch his bald head....
Fright piercing through him... He began to hit him with his hands.... Punching him....

Then he heard his name... Katherine Calling out to him.....

His heart almost burst out from his chest when the monster snarled.. A thunderous growled at him... His gums slipping from his mouth into Francis body.....

Francis try to catch breathe but he couldn't... The monster rough scaling hard palm was suffocating him. Making him breathless.....

The monster growled again... And fix his grey eyes on Francis... With a low snarled... He muttered.... "KA-RU....... "

FEAR LICKING THROUGH LEVI... HE STARE AROUND ...His eyes roaming in the thin darkness.... Only the fire they have lit was the only thing producing light... The light coming from the fire only covered a stone throw of brightness around them.... The other places were just darkness......

His eyes fell on Pandora who was chewing off the flesh of the rabbit they manage to caught without mercy.... It was a long hunt... And all they could get was a small rabbit but hey.... One rabbit was enough to fill the stomach at that moment... They all took a bite from it promising each other to continue the hunt when its dawn... When the sun rises..

"I can't believe we are sleeping here"Katherine said as she threw the soft bone of the rabbit on the fire....
She warm her hands from the heat of the fire... Cozing her hands above it...

"Me either... "Francis replied... A bit cold... "I thought we were going to get home....

Levi exhales.. His clothes were still a bit wet and it was forcing cold in his skin.... He could feel the hair in his body erecting... He grunts and pray the night be saved... He remenbered the story his mother use to tell... The story of the infamaccumuno ....he just hope Pandora isn't right.....

Pandora wipe her mouth with the back of her palm when she finally threw the bone away.... "We should have hunt more rabbits.... "She said catching her own breathe... The stench of the meat still fully stack on her mouth....

Something in Levi quivered when Pandora cough.... He quickly handed her water they squeezed out from open woods...

"Are you okay....? Francis ask..

She nodded.. Wiping her mouth with the back of her palm again.... She insutilate.. Then she stare around... The darkness of the night wrapped their hands around them... Surrounding them... Pricking the very fear she has let go earlier back into her... She wants to believe Francis that all was going to be well.. That everything is going to be alright but can she?... After all the stories she has heard about this place.... The scary stories about a man who became a monster because he derives pleasure in feeding on human flesh....

"We will fine... "Francis said as if he could read her thoughts.... The bleak expression on her face showed everything that she was scared... Afraid something might happen. Something horrible....

"So who else is afraid of the dark....? Francis ask jokinly breaking the silence that seem to engulfed them... Distracting them from the impending feeling of terror they were having...

"I am... "Katherine jump in with a smile...

"Mmm-mm... Even the princess is afraid of the dark... "Francis scurred jokingly and they both burst into laughter..

Levi adjusted himself with a huff... The slow wind blowing send cold to his body.. To his very spines... He wrapped his hands around himself... Unexpectedly...just like that... His whole body electrified when Pandora lean her head on his shoulder.... The cold disappear... He couldn't think.. Couldn't mutter a word..

His eyes bulge out.. His own heart beat beating right into his ears....
Her head touching his collar bone sent a weird sensation to him.. It overwhelmed him....
He took a deep breathe.. Still skeptical if he was dreaming.. If he was..he wants to wake up... It feels too good to be true..

"Are you alright...? She muttered to him..

His eyes widen... "Mmm.... "He swallowed hard and realise he was acting so stupid.. So childish.... "M.. M... I'm fine... Are you? He ask shapily... His heart throbbing fast... Fingers propelling against each other... He bit his lips.

"I don't know... "She muttered...

He didn't say anything.. He gave in to what he was feeling... The intense sensation licking through all parts of him... He squeaked... He could hear the sound of his own spit gulping down his throat.....

The guards giggled and made all sort of funny remarks when the head guard finally allow them to rest.....
The firelight was the only source of light they could get...
The ten of them sat in a circle.. The head guard standing on his own muttering silent prayers to ogini that the night be in their favour..... He has only allow the guards to rest a little while then he will restart the search for them.....

One of the guard stood up when he felt his bladder was full and he was on the verge of urinating in his uniform...
He excused himself from the rest and went a few pace away from the rest...

He quickly remenber the beast.... The horrific story of the man who became a monster and has hunt this land for years.... He put away the thought.. It could be just stories... And besides he could be dead... Since they arrived they haven't see sign of any creature or its marks.. There was nothing in the woods...

With those thoughts.. He quickly drag down his trouser and slowly began to urinate...

He shivered.. The urine splattering in his hand when he heard a low groan... Then a snarled.. He look around.. All he could see was darkness.. Nothing there...

He sigh when he thought it could be his head playing games on him.... His mind seeing and hearing things that weren't there...

The snarled came again... This time more louder than it was before....

He quickly stuck back his d**k back into his trouser... A gleen of urine dropping inside his trouser... He look around again... Fear licking through him...

He sigh and rushed back to the rest of the group...
He sat down thinking of it then in a whisper.. He heard his name... A voice calling out to him...

He look around again.. Then to the rest of the guards... The rest of them were busy with what they were doing..
He stood up... The voice grew louder in his head... Telling him to pick up his sword...

Eyes sparkling he wonder who was talking to him.. Who was calling...

Then it came again... It screamed in its head... He quickly pick up the sword..... He stood waiting for the voice to come again.. For more instructions... And it did. It whispered in his ears..

He held the sword griply in his hand... Eyes stiff... Unable to blink.... He drag his feet.. The whispers telling him to walk faster....

He obeyed.. He quickly walk up to a guard.... He stood in front of the guard... The sword firmly in his hand... Without hesitation.... He stabbed the guard.....

The rest quickly jump up.. All pouncing on him.. They collected the sword from him and pushed him backwards...
Just then his senses came back.... He slack-jawed his eyes... "What have i done?

The stab guard quickly fell to the floor.. He sneer... Grimacing in pains... Terror plain in his face....

The head guard rushed to him... Held him by the back....
The guard couldn't say a word.. He fought for breathe but non came.. Just then he gave up the ghost....

With a thud the head guard pounce on the one who had stab him... Sending punches to his face.... "Why did you do it.. Why did you kill him... "He yelled... Rage ripping through him.. His body quivering with anger... Horror... He gave him more punches....

The guard face bloodied... Blood gushing out from his mouth and nose... His forehead injured......

A groan came from behind them....

The head guard quickly let go of him.... The trees humming... A strange snarling noise advancing towards them....

With the firelights.. They just stood wondering what it was... Then it occurred to them...

"The infamaccumuno... "One of them shouted...

Their heart burst out when one of them scream from behind... They look back.... Fear ripping through their spines. They saw long claw hands dragging him away... Into the darkness... His screams echoing in their ears....

"Run.... "The head guard shouted......

Consternation ripping through them.... They drown into an oblivon of awe and recreancy... With trembling hands... They took up their swords.... And gave way to race in the darkness....

"Fine.. Then what's the answer... ?Francis ask his face beeming with smile....

"The old lady didn't eat the food... "Pandora interjects...

"Correct... "Katherine said with enthusiasm in her tone....

"How is that even possible... I thought the old lady took the food away.... "Francis said refusing to accept defeat...

"The old lady drop the food.... "Levi said..

Francis wink at him... "Whose side are you on....?

"On your side"

"Then why are you supporting the girls.... ?

"Am not supporting them....am just saying the answer... "

"The answer is the old woman ate the food... "

"No she didn't.... "Katherine scurred... "You know she didn't.... "

"She did... "

Levi snort.... His stomack growled again... The hunger that has left him a while ago was back... He exhales thinking if he should sleep.. But how can he sleep in this place... This bush....

He insutilate.... He blink as he stare into the darkness.... He saw a figure.. A shadow in the darkness.... He blink again but it was still there....

Trepidation creep into him.. He stare at the rest.. They were busy laughing and giggling....
He quivered when he heard a tiny voice telling him to come.. Calling to him... Its whispered in it's ears like it was real... He shook his head refusing to accept it then the whisper... The voice grew louder in his head.. It summoned him forward.... Pulling him up from his sitting position....

He look again.. The figure was still there... Then he saw a hand calling him... The voices urging him forward...
He wasn't sure when he took a step...

The whispers grew louder.. Intense... Then a melody follow... Summoning him to come forward...

He obeyed.. He took another step... Then another making a few gap from the fire emerging into the darkness ...

"Levi where are you going to....? Francis ask... Their attention fusing on him..

But he didn't listen.... The voice in his head was louder than theirs.... He walk farther...more steps into the darkness....

"Levi.... "Francis shouted..he quickly stood up and run towards him..

Pandora and Katherine followed...

Francis hold him when he got to him... He pulled him back but he kept going...
"Levi what's wrong with you"Francis boomed out...

He didn't still listen... The voice in his head controls him.. Making all his very move...

Francis pulled him back again... Then their eyes met.. Something in Levi's eyes scared him... He was different. Strange...

Levi quickly turn around to walk.... The whisper telling him to walk to the figure he was seeing....

Francis pulled him back again...

He quickly let go when Levi punched him...

"Francis.... "Katherine shouted...

Francis spat.. He groan.... Infuriated he pulled him back again... Hard into the ground....

Shock swept through when Levi stood up immediately..

"Stop... "Pandora shouted.... Her heart pounding.... Hands trembling... Her whole body quivering with fear.... "He's not himself... It's the curse... It's controlling him.... The curse it's real... I told you.. We shouldn't have come here... "

Hands propelling against each other.. Eyes sparkling with anger... Francis folded his fist and pull Levi back again.... His eyes met his again.... "You remenber five years ago, when you said the next time you follow me somewhere i should punch you hard in the face.... Well you followed me again..."

"He's not himself.... The curse...... "Pandora quivered...

"The curse should control this..... "Francis boomed out... Without hesitation. He punched Levi hard in the face....

The punch sent Levi to the floor.....

Levi sneer.... He grimace from the blow..... "Are you insane....? He hollered at Francis.... "Why did you punched me...? He queried

"Are you back..? Francis ask anxiously..

"Back from where"He blasted out.... He look around... "What are we doing here....?

The most evil scoundrel she has ever see... She have no idea what she has done to this man that will make him suffer her so much....

She swallowed hard.. finding it hard to breathe because of the cloth that was stuck in her throats.. The room the monster has kept her was shady... Untidied... A place of torture....

Different instruments of torture were hung on the wall.... She try to scream but her mouth was gagged.....
She tried to free her hands but the chains stuck her to the chair... Her legs chained together.... She was in pains.. Great pains.... A pain she has never suffered before...

Her eyes surged with rage when he pick up the needle again... The sharp edge a finger distance from her eyes....
She wanted to scream.. Wanted anyone to hear her voice but the cloth shut her up....

Slowly he pierce the needle into her calves.....

She screamed... The gagged covering the noise.. She grimace... Tears splattering down from her eyes.. she couldn't take it.. The pain was too much... She couldn't bear it......

Manny screamed.... Tears bursting out of her eyes..... She couldn't take it... The pain was too much just then she went back into an oblivon of unconsciousness.....
