My brother scored 322 in the UTME 2017. He choose Medicine. He's awaiting his WASSCE Results. He choose University of Uyo because of my parents. I really want him to go to UCH, Ibadan. Now he has agreed with me.

Is the change of university/course form out? When would it be out? How much is it usually? Help me guys.

I think the change of course/institution form is out. Some say they have been able to do theirs at Ikoyi, Lagos.
