Omolola1: I went to slot, they reloaded the OS three times, though they used 10.3.0, it was still the same thing
..goes back to default settings after switching off

Then i told them to downgrade it back to 10.2, and everything came back to normal*sigh*

Im now back on Os 10.2, Ive received a notification from blackberry to update again, but eru nbami

After the security wipe, It's worse

I downloaded applications that was deleted due to the wipe, restored my BBM etc

Then I switched off my phone to see if the whole thing would change

But when I switched it back on, it went back to the way it was after the wipe!

All the applications I downloaded got deleted!!! Back to square 1
And it's still on the latest OS

I tried this 3 times, but each time I switch back on, it goes back to the way it was after the wipe

What do I do? I don't understand

It's on the latest OS. I tried checking for software updates and this is what I got
