Mr teacher, i start by taking students privately at home and also organizing tutorial for part one students in the university. I remembered i had to reject the offer of schools to employ me. Those school owners will pay peanuts for my time and labour. I never worked for any private schools. If you want to succeed in the teaching profession, you must quit those schools you are working, start you own, the starting might not be easy, but i can assure you it will pay off on the long run.

Hello mr teacher, if it because of money you are leaving the profession then you are missing the point. There is money in teaching, only that you don't see it. I am a teacher also. Why not start a private coaching centre and recruit teachers, and people will pay u. Write books on the area of your specialization (i do that also)
you already know about teaching and marketing yourself will be easy in that field.
