Kogi Women Reward Bello’s Proven Empowerment as Multiple Groups Purchase APC Senatorial Forms for Yahaya Bello Women across Kogi Central Senatorial District have taken a bold political step by collectively funding and presenting the All Progressives Congress (APC) senatorial expression of interest and nomination forms to former Governor, Yahaya Adoza Bello, citing his unprecedented commitment to women empowerment while in office. Operating under a broad coalition that cuts across the five local government areas, the women described their action as a direct response to Bello’s legacy of inclusion, economic support, and deliberate policies that elevated women into leadership and decision-making positions during his administration. They noted that for the first time in the state’s history, women were not only visible but actively influential in governance. “It is on record that your tenure ensured the appointment of a female state government secretary, women vice chairperson across 21 LGAs, first every female ADC to a state governor, female head of service, female commissioners amongst various empowerment programs for the girl child in Kogi state”, said Mrs Latifat Ohaire, one of the women representatives. According to the group’s leaders, Bello’s tenure witnessed increased appointments of women into key political offices, expanded opportunities for women in entrepreneurship, and targeted empowerment initiatives that improved livelihoods across communities. They emphasized that the purchase of the forms is both symbolic and strategic, a reward for past performance and an investment in continued representation. The presentation, which took place at his Abuja residence, drew a large turnout of women leaders, traders, professionals, and grassroots mobilizers, all united by what they described as “a leader who gave women a voice and platform to thrive.” Receiving the forms, His Excellency Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, expressed deep appreciation for the gesture, describing it as a powerful reminder of the responsibility of leadership. He reaffirmed his commitment to advancing policies that promote gender inclusion, economic empowerment, and social equity. The development further strengthens the narrative of Bello’s sustained grassroots appeal, particularly among women, positioning him as a formidable contender as the APC senatorial race gathers momentum.

Mr Joseph Daudu, SAN, on Wednesday, told the Federal High Court in Abuja that his client and former Governor of Kogi, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, is facing a political trial and not a money laundering charge. Daudu made the remark before Justice Emeka Nwite while responding to a statement made by Mr Kemi Pinheiro, SAN, lawyer to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC The development occurred while Olomotane Egoro, the EFCC’s 7th prosecution witness (PW-7) and a compliant officer from Access Bank Plc, was being cross-examined by Daudu. Egoro, who was subpoenaed by the anti-graft agency to testify in the alleged money laundering trial of Bello, had admitted in court that the former governor did not serve as local government chairman in Kogi. The PW-7 stated this against the background that the contracts in question were awarded by local government chairmen for various purposes, as stated in the documents presented in Exhibit 33 by the prosecution. The witness had also admitted that there was no part in the exhibit where the name of the ex-governor was mentioned in any of the local government transactions under investigation. He said the name “Yahaya Bello” did not appear, either as sender or recipient. Egoro had equally admitted that, on the face of Exhibit 33(11), the entries in the transactions between the local governments and Keyless Nature Limited were consistent with normal banking transactions. “You drew my lord’s attention to a litany of payments from the 21 local government areas, for example, on 11th October, 2022, into the Keyless account. “Do you know the purpose of those entries or transactions?” Daudu asked. “No, my lord,” the witness responded. He also admitted that he did not know from the record whether there was any business or contractual relationship between the LGAs and Keyless Nature Limited. The witness stated also that a customer had the right to spend his money however he liked unless there was an issue of fraud. “Confirm that in respect of transactions in Exhibit 33(11), your bank was not under court order and you have no report of fraud,” the lawyer asked. “That is correct, my lord,” he responded. On payments made into Fayzade Business Enterprise, the defendant’s counsel told the witness to look at the transaction of May 6, 2022, in the sixth column and tell the court what it was all about. Responding, Egoro said it was an inflow from the Okene Local Government Area and that the purpose, as stated in the document, was for the supply of reading materials. The witness also listed the purposes of payments from Ogorimagongo, Okehi, Omala and Yagba LGAs as education materials (N4.4 million); medical items (N7.5 million); sporting equipment (N10.8 million); and medical consumables (N12.2 million), respectively, among others. The PW-7 further gave the purposes for which other payments were made, ranging from agrochemicals to farm inputs and also medical consumables. Daudu then asked, “Do you know if this defendant is a local government chairman and which local government in Kogi State?” “No, the defendant wasn’t a local government chairman,” he responded. However, Pinheiro, in a light manner, stood up and said that in money laundering cases payments made are usually in disguise. “My lord, there is this casual statement I learnt from my leader (Daudu) that this is a case of money laundering where payments can be made in disguise,” he said. Responding, Daudu said, “Not all casual statements are made to go without reply, my lord. “Very soon, we will know that this is not a money laundering trial but a political trial.” Justice Nwite adjourned the matter until Feb. 5 for continuation of cross-examination of the PW-7. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2026/02/yahaya-bello-facing-political-trial-not-money-laundering-lawyer/

HT Legal Disclaimer: This publication is made without prejudice and without any defamatory intent. All statements herein represent my personal knowledge, lived experiences, and factual accounts of events as they occurred. This matter is currently ongoing and subject to further legal processes. Natasha Akpoti publicly alleged that her voice was cloned to damage her reputation. That claim was subjected to forensic examination by the Federal Government of Nigeria. The result was unequivocal. Her voice was not cloned, not altered, not generated by artificial intelligence, and not manipulated by any third party. This forensic conclusion was further corroborated by a United States based forensic science and audio analysis expert. At no point during interrogations and interviews conducted by various government agencies did Natasha Akpoti deny that the voice was hers. I am in possession of high level classified documents and intelligence detailing how this matter was deliberately frustrated, compromised, and obstructed. These records expose how the Attorney General of the Federation and the Inspector General of Police allowed CP Akin Fakorede, the head of the IGP Monitoring Unit, to tactically manipulate the process in a manner that endangered their own offices and reputations. CP Akin Fakorede made repeated visits to the IGP and the AGF with a coordinated, compromised, and criminally engineered case file, designed not to advance justice, but to persuade the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to pressure the Senate President and others into abandoning the matter without full knowledge of the gravity of the crimes committed against the country, the victims, and the rule of law. When obstruction became necessary, CP Fakorede and his cohorts launched coordinated smear campaigns against me, targeting my credibility, character, and integrity. Ironically, the same distorted narratives were later presented to the IGP and AGF as justification to undermine the Senate President himself. What CP Fakorede failed to anticipate was that I am British and American trained in criminal investigations, intelligence analysis, and evidence management. I monitored their movements, meetings, communications, and engagements across multiple locations, including late night visits to official residences. Every step was documented. During this period, CP Fakorede developed a personal relationship with a private investigator attached to the process. She was engaged professionally for intelligence gathering, not as a romantic partner, and she remains a woman of integrity, brilliance, intellectual depth, and strong international networks. Through this channel, classified documents, internal strategies, and operational details were obtained before they reached senior security leadership. CP Fakorede openly fraternized with individuals who were meant to be investigated and prosecuted. He assured them that the case against the primary suspect would be tactically destroyed. The obvious question remains unanswered. Was this done without inducement? The world is about to see what was done to an innocent man who has served his country, his President, and his people with loyalty. Senator Godswill Akpabio was subjected to a sustained, systemic, and coordinated campaign of false accusations and institutional sabotage. Despite the immense personal toll on him and his family, including psychological and emotional trauma inflicted on his children and close relatives, he chose restraint in deference to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Yet no one has addressed the devastating consequences of false accusations, especially allegations as grave as organ harvesting and murder. For over ten months, victims and their families have lived under threats, fear, and psychological terror, while the alleged perpetrators and their enablers invoke the name of a sitting President to falsely claim immunity from prosecution. CP Akin Fakorede repeatedly denied knowing me, denied attending unofficial meetings with suspects or their agents, denied receiving inducements, and falsely labeled me a blackmailer in an attempt to isolate and discredit me. He recommended that I be reduced to a mere witness. What he forgot was that he had already released incriminating classified material to the very investigator he trusted. It is on record that CP Fakorede acknowledged that I possess the strongest evidence capable of securing prosecution against Natasha Akpoti. What then changed? What compelled him to run to the AGF to seek presidential intervention to discontinue a case of national and international significance? When my investigative podcast series, sponsored by Project TruthShield™, is released, I will translate and contextualize key conversations conducted in the Yoruba language among the principal actors who assumed impunity and ethnic privilege would shield them from accountability. The public will also see evidence detailing how the individual I describe as the Queen of Lies was covertly moved out of Nigeria, concealed in a catering vehicle bound for an aircraft, how travel documents were stamped, how she entered the United States, fled to the United Kingdom, and later returned to Nigeria through compromised channels. The question before Nigerians and the international community is simple. Do we blame a President who was deliberately misled, or the officials he appointed who betrayed public trust? The truth is now clear. Classified information was leaked to suspects. Investigations were sabotaged from within. Officers played both sides. That era is over. The Attorney General of the Federation failed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He misrepresented facts and shielded misconduct, setting the stage for avoidable national and international embarrassment. I have privately engaged the appropriate authorities to correct this situation within an agreed timeframe. Should they fail, all classified documents and evidence will be released to international media, foreign governments, and institutions, including those of my children’s countries of citizenship, where formal reports were filed from the onset due to credible threats to our lives. Natasha Akpoti has cases to answer. Political interference will not shield anyone indefinitely. Early prosecution is in the best interest of Nigeria. My cases remain active, open, and awaiting prosecution. They have not been withdrawn. I am Dr. Sandra Chidinma Duru, PhD A Nigerian-American Professor of Public Policy and Strategic Communication. |

Watch video below https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16UtUJP3o7/ Grace on the Roadside: When Faith, Humanity, and Leadership Align …Compassion Turns a Sugarcane Hawker’s Tears into Testimony… Sometimes, hope does not knock loudly; it appears quietly in the path of the unsuspecting, in unfamiliar terrain, disguised as a stranger. In that fleeting moment, destiny finds its voice. Across every society, the poor and the rich coexist. Yet poverty is not proof of laziness, just as wealth is not always evidence of hard work. Life, in its deepest sense, is shaped by a mysterious interplay of effort, grace, and divine timing. One of the world’s renowned philosophers, Thomas Aquinas, whose thought was grounded in Christian theology, argued that while private property is lawful, the poor possess a moral claim to the surplus of the rich in times of necessity. For Aquinas, care for the poor was not optional charity, but a demand of natural law and moral duty. Sadly, how many in our society truly understand or live by this philosophy today? For me, the truest practitioners of any religion are those who hold that caring for the poor is not merely charity, but a moral obligation and a core doctrine of our shared humanity. The belief that people are poor because they are lazy, uneducated, or unwilling to pursue their goals is not only erroneous, it is morally and philosophically false. Hard work and diligence are virtues, but they are not guarantees of wealth. Prosperity often arrives through shared grace and divine alignment. It is this understanding that gives meaning to lifting others within the human ecosystem. It is from this moral and spiritual lens that the story of Esther and Husseini unfolds; a story of small kindness meeting life-changing grace; of faith intersecting destiny; of despair transformed into hope; and of one moment of compassion rebuilding a broken home, restoring love, and elevating human dignity. On Wednesday, 17th December 2025, my principal, His Excellency Yahaya Bello, CON, was driving out of his residence to attend a meeting with party members at the APC National Secretariat when his attention was drawn to a young, hardworking woman hawking sugarcane by the roadside. Moved by compassion, he instructed his driver to stop and asked his security detail to call the lady closer. He gently told her to wait by the house, explaining that although he was late for a meeting, he wished to speak with her upon his return. The meeting was brief and promptly concluded. True to his word, he returned home and met the lady; Esther. In their conversation, he asked whether she was in school. Esther replied in the negative and went on to explain her situation: she was a mother of three, separated from her husband due to persistent domestic disputes, and had been living apart with her children since February, 2025. Daily hawking had become her only means of survival. Deeply concerned, His Excellency expressed his desire to take her off the streets. However, he insisted that any meaningful intervention must involve her husband’s consent. He asked Esther whether her husband still took her calls and whether she would be willing to reconcile if he showed genuine change. She answered in the affirmative. Esther then placed a call to her husband, Husseini, speaking briefly in the Gbagyi dialect and informing him that someone wished to speak with him. Husseini: Who is that person? Esther: Alhaji Yahaya Bello, former Governor of Kogi State. Husseini: Jesus Christ. Please let me speak to him. The phone was handed over. Husseini: Good evening, sir. Yahaya Bello: How are you? Husseini: I am fine, sir. Yahaya Bello: I heard you and your wife speaking. Can you come to my residence in Zone 4 today or tomorrow? Husseini: Sir, I am already on my way. Within an hour, Husseini arrived and was warmly received. A tripartite conversation followed; one marked by sincerity, counsel, and reconciliation. What unfolded thereafter was nothing short of transformation: a woman once burdened by brokenness and daily hardship was restored to hope; a fractured marriage was given a second chance; children were reunited with both parents; and dignity was restored to a family that had known despair. All these turned around within 24 hours. In his characteristic manner of quiet generosity and profound humanity, His Excellency Yahaya Bello provided the couple with financial support. He instructed Husseini to immediately rebuild his home with the fund and reunite his family, promising to connect him with opportunities suited to his skills as an interlock expert. Esther, on her part, was encouraged to secure a shop within their neighborhood; whether rented or purchased with assurances that she would be supported to stock it and begin a more stable livelihood. This is what grace truly means: it locates you when hope seems exhausted; it speaks when your voice is tired; it remembers you when the world has moved on. And most importantly, grace often finds those who themselves are good, humane, and open-hearted. Having worked closely with His Excellency Yahaya Bello, CON, for over six years, I have lost count of the lives he has touched and transformed in such circumstantial manner often quietly, without applause. This is not mere charity. It is an innate sense of humanity, one that predates politics and flows naturally from a heart attuned to compassion. Indeed, faith leads us to grace, and grace, in turn, leads us to our destiny helpers. ONOGWU Muhammed, Esq. 18th December, 2025 https://www.facebook.com/share/v/16UtUJP3o7/

Former Governor Yahaya Bello, Governor Ododo Grace Maiden Convocation of Kogi University Established by Bello, CUSTECH, as She Marks Rapid Rise Osara, Kogi. In a show of bipartisan support for education in Kogi State, former Governor Yahaya Bello joined current Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo at the maiden convocation ceremony of the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara, on Saturday. The event which saw the university graduate its pioneer cohorts highlighted CUSTECH’s rapid development from bold idea to accredited tertiary institution. Bello whose administration initiated and shepherded the university through legislation and establishment was lauded repeatedly during the ceremony for his role in founding CUSTECH and fast-tracking its establishment. The university website recounts how the vision became law after swift action by the then-government, and public statements at the convocation thanked Bello for that decisive leadership. Speakers at the ceremony also noted the institution’s strides in academic validation. In the few years, CUSTECH secured National Universities Commission (NUC) approvals for its take-off programmes and later additional accreditations in programmed such as medicine and surgery, expanding the university’s portfolio, milestones framed as proof that the original vision is bearing fruit for students across the state. Governor Ododo, who presided over the convocation, reiterated his administration’s commitment to sustaining and consolidating the gains, praising both the founders and the university management for turning CUSTECH into a fast-growing specialised university and a first choice for many admission seekers in the region. The state government has meanwhile inaugurated a governing council and continued to support the university’s growth agenda. CUSTECH’s maiden convocation also showcased academic achievements: reports from the ceremony indicate that the university conferred degrees on graduates from its initial cohorts, including high-performing students and a notable number of first-class and upper-class honours, underscoring the quality of training being delivered. Management described the event as a validation of the institution’s mandate to produce skilled personnel in science, technology and allied disciplines. As the ceremony closed, many guests praised the collaborative spirit on display: a founding governor who dared to act, and a successor committed to building on that foundation. For the people of Kogi, CUSTECH’s maiden convocation was more than a ceremonial milestone, it was a tangible sign that strategic investment in higher education can deliver accredited programmes and real opportunities for youth in the state.

ALHAJI (Dr.) YAHAYA BELLO CON PRESS STATEMENT My attention has been drawn to certain online comments and videos recently circulated by one JOY SADIQ, who goes by the handles @realmamakogi and @realmamakogi2 on Facebook and TikTok respectively, in which she makes a series of unfounded allegations concerning my relationship with His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR. For clarity and in the public interest. I wish to state in vehement and unmistakable terms that I have no association with this individual beyond the fact that she can sometimes be found within the ranks of those who claim dubious allegiance to our great party, the APC, in Kogi State. The said individual, her statements and her activities in this and at least one other instance in which she has attacked prominent Nigerians with whom I have cordial relationships and common interests, purportedly in my support, are thoroughly denounced. The claims she has advanced - particularly those suggesting betrayal, exclusion from government or actions involving political, financial or security authorities - are inaccurate, misleading and not reflective of any reality known to me. She does not speak for me, has never represented me, much less any government or entity under my leadership or control - and her assertions are made entirely on her own accord. My relationship with our leader and father, His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR remains strong - grounded in respect, understanding and shared commitment to our collective political goals. I remain utterly and totally sold-out to the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR for a second term in 2027 and reject any attempt to mischaracterize the relationship I enjoy with His Excellency, directly or through needless speculation, by anyone and from any quarter. Accordingly, I encourage the public and the media to treat the said Joy Sadig's statements as uninformed and unconnected to me, actuated by malice to sour my personal and political partnerships with the dignitaries mentioned and to refrain from giving any weight to such material. For the records, all my approved communications are duly and only released on my official channels and national media platforms, when approved by me. Dated this 16th Day of November, 2025

Yahaya Bello: Witness Says No Law Breached In Fund Withdrawals By Kogi State by Olakunle Olasanmi The fourth prosecution witness of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in the alleged money laundering trial of the immediate past Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has reaffirmed that the state government’s fund withdrawals did not breach any banking law. During cross-examination before Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court on Monday, Mshelia Arhyel Bata, a compliance officer with Zenith Bank, also reiterated that the name of the former governor did not appear as a beneficiary in the account presented as evidence. The Defence Counsel, Joseph Daudu, SAN, drew the witness’s attention to certain withdrawals made by one Umar Comfort Olufunke, which the prosecution had not mentioned. The prosecution had concentrated on withdrawals by Abdulsalam Hudu. The withdrawals, in multiples of N10 million, were between December 2017 and April 2018, with beneficiaries being various hotels in Kogi State, according to the witness. During cross-examination, the witness also confirmed withdrawals made by one Alhassan Omakoji between November 2021 and December 2022, which did not exceed N10 million per transaction. He said the withdrawals were in line with the limits set by the Central Bank of Nigeria. He admitted that he was not aware of any law that regulates how the Kogi State Government spends its money or allocation. He said, apart from the beneficiaries, such as the hotels, there was no way he could know what the state’s transactions were intended for. The prosecution counsel, Kemi Pinheiro, SAN, thereafter stated that he had no re-examination for Mshelia and requested that he be discharged. The witness had, at the last hearing, confirmed that the former governor was neither a signatory to nor connected with any of the accounts presented as evidence. He admitted that, going through Exhibit 22A, from pages 24 to 413, Yahaya Bello was not listed on any of the documents as a beneficiary of any transaction. After Mshelia, the fifth prosecution witness, Jesutoni Akoni, a compliance officer with Ecobank Plc, was examined by another prosecution counsel, Chukwudi Enebeli, SAN. He tendered a summons letter written to Ecobank, which was admitted in evidence. The EFCC lawyer also sought to tender a statement of account for Moses Ailetu’s companies, along with a certificate of identification, covering the period from January 1 to January 31, 2016. The defence counsel did not oppose it, and it was admitted as Exhibit 29. The witness was told to identify the different columns in the statement, which he did. The company instructed him to confirm cash deposits, which ranged from N3 million to N20 million, totalling N57 million. On cross-examination, the witness confirmed that former governor Bello was not the beneficiary of the said deposits. “Confirm that any of the deposits you identified carries the name of Yahaya Bello,” Daudu SAN said. “None of them carry the name, Yahaya Bello,” the fifth witness responded. Akoni also admitted that it was not possible to discern the source of funds from the face of the documents. The prosecution, thereafter, introduced its sixth witness, whom Keystone Bank subpoenaed. Mohammed Bello Hassan, a relationship officer with the bank, was asked to produce the statements of account of Dantata and Sawoe, which were tendered as Exhibit, along with the certificate of identification. The defence counsel did not object. After this, a seventh witness, Olomotame Egoro, a compliance officer, was led in as evidence by Pinheiro SAN, having been subpoenaed by Access Bank. He confirmed to the court that he had the 12 sets of documents that had been requested. “We supplied sufficient customers’ details that were extracted from the account opening packages at the time the customer opened the account,” he said. The defence counsel did not object to the admission of the account statement itself, but opposed some extractions. “I am not going to object to the account proper, but I will object to all the 12 purported extractions from the account opening documents attached. But I will not object to the statements of account, which were subpoenaed,” he stated. “Based on our request, he brought other documents, believing that we may be in need. We did not actually request those documents,” Pinheiro SAN responded. Daudu SAN prayed that the court instruct the prosecution to remove “all the extraneous documents attached”. The prosecution team then began to remove the documents that were deemed irrelevant. At this point, Justice Emeka Nwite adjourned the matter to tomorrow, November 11, 2025, for continuation of the trial. https://leadership.ng/yahaya-bello-witness-says-no-law-breached-in-fund-withdrawals-by-kogi-state/?utm_source=&utm_medium=facebook&fbclid=IwQ0xDSwN_rmdleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZAwzNTA2ODU1MzE3MjgAAR5kQ7gtOXgfON7TjGaWc8SvQVIrl_-FZRufmcCmtFpx6osErM0U2aSBHDwW6g_aem_uG7EL6g7nQzVOwOTLVM3-Q

"Stop the Emotional Manipulation of the Public and Defend Your Allegations," Dr. Sandra Duru Blasts Natasha, Ezekwesili The unfolding legal and political saga surrounding Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has continued to provoke strong reactions, as leading civic voices and public affairs commentators demand that the embattled Kogi Central lawmaker face justice rather than incite public emotion with sensationalist narratives. Dr. Sandra C. Duru, a renowned reform advocate and public policy strategist, issued a statement on her social media pages, in which she accused Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan of orchestrating a deceitful public relations campaign to avoid submitting evidence before a competent court of law. Duru’s remarks followed former Minister of Education, Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili’s open memo to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, calling on the Federal Government to halt what she described as “atrocious injustice” against Senator Natasha. In a strongly worded rebuttal, Duru made it clear that she does not operate “on the same academic, intellectual, spiritual, or moral wavelength” as those she described as media charlatans and misinformed activists rallying behind Natasha. She accused Ezekwesili and others of trying to emotionally blackmail the public and derail judicial due process. “Tell Natasha to bring her evidence. Period,” Duru said. “I do not bark back at noise; I cage it with dignity, strategy, and law. I do not operate in the mud of propaganda. She continued, “What we’re witnessing here is not courage. It is media cosplay and attention-seeking dressed in the borrowed robes of advocacy. It’s time to separate justice from drama.” “No Background in Governance, No Business in the Senate”. Duru questioned the very legitimacy of Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s political rise, describing her as “a product of seduction, sensationalism, and social manipulation,” with no formal background in public administration or legislative affairs. “The Senate is a place for institutional wisdom. Natasha entered the chamber with noise, but no knowledge. She has weaponized seduction and emotional blackmail into a political career — from seduction to erection to destruction.” Turning her attention to Dr. Ezekwesili, Duru accused the former minister of trying to hijack a legal matter for personal ends, warning that such behavior fuels public distrust in institutions. “Oby Ezekwesili should be quiet and allow Natasha to present her evidence — which she obviously doesn't have. What we’re witnessing is an attempt to shield someone from justice by framing her as a victim instead of letting the facts speak in court,” Duru added. She warned that no amount of hashtags, protest letters, or emotional posturing can substitute for hard evidence before the law. “If you allege sexual harassment, human organ harvesting, and threat to life — you must prove it. Not cry wolf on TV and then disappear when called to court.” Duru concluded her statement with a resounding affirmation that she is ready to present her own verifiable evidence against the Senator in due course. This episode marks a turning point in public perception of the Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan saga. What began months ago as an emotional plea for justice has increasingly come to be seen — in the absence of evidence and the presence of numerous unsubstantiated allegations, courtroom absences — as a calculated attempt to weaponize sympathy and derail accountability. For many Nigerians, this is now a defining moment — not just for one senator, but for the credibility of Nigeria’s judicial system and the principle that no individual, regardless of gender or office, is above the law. Justice must be done — not through hashtags, but in court. https://www.facebook.com/share/1D53j2thWa/?mibextid=wwXIfr |

PUBLIC PETITION DEMANDING URGENT INVESTIGATION AND ARREST OF NATASHA AKPOTI AND HER HUSBAND, EMMANUEL UDUAGHAN, OVER ALLEGED TREASONABLE CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE NIGERIAN STATE TO: • The Director-General, Department of State Services (DSS) • The National Security Adviser (NSA) • The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Nigeria Police Force • The Director-General, National Intelligence Agency (NIA) • The Chief of Staff to the President, The Presidency • The Chairman, Federal Character Commission • The President, Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) • The President of the Senate, National Assembly Subject: Petition for the Immediate Arrest and Investigation of Natasha Hadiza Akpoti-Uduaghan, Emmanuel Uduaghan, and Associated Journalist(s) for Alleged Treasonable Felony and Criminal Conspiracy Against the Nigerian State Dear Sirs/Madams, I write to bring to your urgent attention a matter of grave national security and public interest. Recent revelations, particularly a now-viral audio recording involving Senator Natasha Hadiza Akpoti-Uduaghan, point to an alarming and premeditated attempt to destabilize the Federal Republic of Nigeria and incite civil unrest against the current administration led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In the said audio, Senator Natasha Akpoti is clearly heard coercing a journalist to manufacture damaging narratives intended to blackmail government officials and sway public opinion against the legitimate authority of the Nigerian state. This is not only reprehensible but, more importantly, meets the legal threshold for incitement to violence, conspiracy to subvert democracy, and treasonable felony under Nigerian law. This is no longer a case of political rhetoric or mere propaganda. What we are witnessing is a carefully orchestrated plot to undermine national stability, using media manipulation as a tool to provoke civil disobedience and weaken public trust in government institutions. In addition to this, it is on record that Natasha Akpoti has, on multiple occasions, made inflammatory public statements that flirt dangerously with sedition and direct provocation of national unrest, locally and internationally. I hereby recommend the following immediate actions: 1. Interrogation and Statement from the Journalist Involved: The journalist who participated in the recorded conversation must be invited for immediate questioning by the DSS and Nigeria Police. Given the content of the leaked audio, he should be considered a whistleblower and provided state protection. He holds vital intelligence that may assist in the unraveling of a broader conspiracy against the state. 2. Arrest and Prosecution of Natasha Akpoti and Emmanuel Uduaghan: In light of the overwhelming prima facie evidence, Natasha Akpoti must be placed under arrest without delay and subjected to a comprehensive criminal investigation. Her husband, Mr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, whose role in this conspiracy must also be scrutinized, should likewise be interrogated and investigated under relevant security and criminal statutes. 3. Preservation and Forensic Analysis of Audio Evidence: The DSS, IGP’s Office, NSA’s Office, and NIA must act swiftly to forensically authenticate and preserve all existing audio and digital evidence. It is imperative that all persons of interest be placed under watch to prevent interference with investigations or potential flight from justice. 4. Immediate National Security Briefing and Warning to the Public: The Presidency should be formally briefed and a public statement issued to reassure the Nigerian populace of the government’s commitment to the rule of law, while discouraging any form of incitement or propaganda from individuals seeking to destabilize the country. 5. Referral to the Federal Character Commission and NUJ: The Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ) should urgently investigate the ethical breach by the journalist involved and issue appropriate sanctions or referrals. Likewise, the Federal Character Commission must review any implications for public officers mentioned in this treasonous affair. Let it be known that this is no longer a political spat nor an online controversy, it is a serious criminal conspiracy with the potential to provoke a breakdown of law and order in Nigeria. As legal professionals, journalists, and patriots, we must not permit such brazen acts of subversion to be swept under the carpet. To remain silent in the face of such overt acts of destabilization is to embolden impunity. A single word when weaponized can fracture a nation’s peace. Senator Natasha Akpoti’s utterances and conduct, as captured in this audio, are not protected by parliamentary immunity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=135wz0hVVO4?si=a-fRzh9Ujsw0h0N4 Advanced AI forensics has confirmed that the controversial audio circulating online was not cloned or AI-generated—it was authentically the voice of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan. This finding directly contradicts her media team's recent claim that her number and voice were “cloned” as part of a smear campaign: “The voice you hear is not hers—it is the product of sophisticated audio simulation,” her team declared. But the facts now say otherwise. Globally recognised AI voice detection tool, Pindrop, returned a high-confidence ninety-eight percent match, identifying the voice in the tape as hers beyond reasonable doubt. In the most recent audio, Natasha allegedly accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of blackmailing President Tinubu to derail her 2027 political ambitions. She also invoked Nigeria’s NSA, Nuhu Ribadu, hinting at secret communications. Most damningly, she reportedly instructed the newspaper editor and journalist to: "Turn the public against the Nigerian government… leak this slowly, let it burn from inside", the suspended Senator said. Natasha had earlier denied speaking with Dr. Sandra Duru. But in a later live video with journalist Adeola Fayehun, she admitted they spoke on the phone—another contradiction that weakens her credibility and bolsters claims of manipulation and deceit. Whistleblower and US based journalist, Dr. Sandra Duru, whom Natasha’s camp has tried to discredit, responded: “She fears me because I cannot be bought or bullied. I have the truth.” With AI confirming the voice is real, and inconsistencies piling up, the question remains: Is Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan the victim or the architect? The use of AI and application of forensic investigations for independent verification becomes increasingly vital in distinguishing truth from deception. While public figures may challenge narratives and raise allegations, verified evidence must remain the cornerstone of public discourse. In this case, the forensic confirmation of the voice recording not only raises serious credibility concerns but also underscores the importance of accountability and factual integrity in political engagement.

By Dr. Sandra C. Duru (Prof. Mgbeke) Whistleblower | Child Advocate | Pro-Democracy Reformer In the pursuit of truth, justice, and national accountability, I, Dr. Sandra Chichi Duru, wish to clarify and bring to public attention the ongoing developments surrounding the allegations against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, which continue to raise serious questions regarding national security, public trust, and institutional integrity. As one of the principal complainants and a key witness in the matter, I have faced direct and calculated attempts to intimidate and silence me. These campaigns, driven by individuals close to the accused, have intensified since I partially disclosed evidence implicating Natasha Akpoti in a disturbing attempt to manipulate national sentiment by recklessly invoking the name of the National Security Adviser (NSA) of Nigeria. Her intention was to sow distrust and erode confidence in the government’s security architecture—a clear affront to national stability. Flight from Justice When judicial officers, acting on lawful authority, attempted to serve Senator Natasha Akpoti with a criminal summons in relation to these allegations, she absconded from the country. Rather than complying with the rule of law and presenting verifiable evidence in court—where this matter is being processed by the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) following extensive investigation—she fled to the United States. From there, she continued to engage in a series of coordinated smear campaigns, misinformation tactics, and covert online attacks against my person and my family. After the U.S., she was later traced to the United Kingdom, showing a clear pattern of avoidance, evasion, and manipulation. Despite repeated calls for transparency and a chance to respond to the allegations within the boundaries of Nigeria's legal system, she has opted to hide behind foreign borders and digital platforms. Sustained Disinformation Campaign In an attempt to divert public attention from the facts, Natasha and her media proxies—most notably via Adeola Fayehun’s platform—have circulated narratives alleging the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and voice cloning to fabricate evidence. This is both dishonest and insulting to the intelligence of Nigerians. Let me be clear: this is not AI. This is not a clone. That is Natasha Akpoti’s authentic voice, captured and verified. By trying to discredit the evidence through such frivolous deflections, she is not only undermining lawful investigative efforts but also mocking the credibility of Nigeria’s security institutions. If she believes her voice was cloned, let her submit herself to a forensic audio authentication process—one that I am fully prepared to support through transparent, legal channels. A Challenge to National Institutions This matter is not simply a personal grievance; it is a test of Nigeria’s commitment to justice, transparency, and democratic accountability. Therefore, I challenge the following security institutions to act with urgency and neutrality: The National Security Adviser (NSA) The Director-General of the State Security Service (DG-SSS) The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) These institutions must guarantee the safety of whistleblowers, journalists, and public witnesses who are being targeted by political actors for exposing wrongdoing. The question is simple: Is Nigeria governed by the rule of law, or are certain individuals above it? Where We Stand Now I have walked this difficult path before—shoulder to shoulder with patriots like Dr. John Ndanusa Akanya and Chief A.Z. Gadzama, SAN—and I am prepared to walk it again for the sake of truth and posterity. I do not fear propaganda. I do not fear persecution. My children, my name, and my commitment to justice will not be destroyed by digital bullies or political operatives. What I ask is simple: Let the courts hear the matter. Let the accused face justice. Let the truth, supported by evidence and lawful process, prevail. Conclusion This is no longer just about Natasha Akpoti. It is about the soul of Nigeria’s democracy and the protection of whistleblowers who dare to speak out. If our institutions fail to rise now, when will they? Let this be a defining moment. Let Nigeria breathe. Let justice speak louder than propaganda. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Dr. Sandra C. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=135wz0hVVO4?si=9rC0PGwimG6-UyUH As posted by Dr Sandra Duru UNMASKED: Natasha Akpoti’s New Plot to Destabilize Nigeria — A Calculated Game of Blackmail, Lies, and Desperation A new audio has emerged, and it’s nothing short of chilling. In this latest recording, Senator Natasha Akpoti drops yet another bombshell accusing Senate President Godswill Akpabio of blackmailing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to sacrifice her political ambitions ahead of 2027. But this time, she doesn’t stop there. She name-drops Nigeria’s National Security Adviser (NSA) again on a recurring tactic in her increasingly alarming narrative. This begs urgent questions: • What exactly is Natasha’s relationship with the NSA, if any? • Where is she getting these so-called “classified insights” or “misinformation” ”? • Is the NSA truly feeding her this misinformation, or is she desperately name-dropping to inflate her importance and stir national chaos? Because if this is false, this is no longer politics, it’s national sabotage. A clear, calculated attempt at inciting division and possibly insurrection. Let’s break it down: • From Scandal to Subversion: The Dangerous Evolution of a Political Manipulator Natasha’s trajectory is a disturbing one. In the span of months, her narrative has evolved from: • Misconduct in the Senate • Weaponized sexual harassment allegations • Human organ trafficking accusations • Fabricated assassination plots • …and now, pitting the Nigerian presidency against the Senate in a twisted bid to deceive and manipulate public perception before 2027. This is not politics, this is psychological warfare. Her words, in that audio, are incendiary. She calls on her agents to “turn the public against the Nigerian government.” A desperate, disgraceful move by someone who will gladly pour petrol on national unity just to warm her own political ambitions. Blackmail, Deception, and False Witnesses! She dropped the names of her witnesses: Maazi Obinna ( who already has more fraudulent cases to attend to and who was paid by **** to appear on Adeola Fayehun’s ), Francess Ogbonnaya ( she’s publishing and republishing disclaimers daily), David Rosinski ( who fed them with lies and propaganda about Dr. Sandra Duru. Dr. Sandra Duru restrained him….) Natasha’s playbook is built on deception, manipulation, and media propaganda. Her so-called “lineup of witnesses” includes questionable characters from Frances to Obinna to David Rosinski, people with little credibility but loud voices. It’s a sad attempt to build a circus of lies. Even more suspicious, how does she know about a judgment that has not yet been issued? Who is leaking sensitive court information to her? Or is she fabricating it all? This woman is not just playing with politics, she’s playing with fire, using the lives and unity of Nigerians as pawns. Dr. Sandra Duru: The Witness She Can’t Silence. No wonder Natasha and her proxies have launched a smear campaign against Dr. Sandra Duru, a respected scholar, advocate, and truth-teller. Despite their attacks on her credibility across all media, they have failed woefully. Why? Because Sandra Duru cannot be bought, bullied, intimidated, or blackmailed. In fact, Sandra remains a key witness Natasha fears the most, because truth is Natasha’s ultimate nightmare. This Is A Wake-Up Call for Nigeria! If anyone still thinks this is a political rivalry, think again. This is an orchestrated attempt to: • Discredit institutions, • Undermine the President, • Break the Senate’s backbone, • And brainwash the public with lies ahead of 2027. This is sedition masked as activism. Insurrection dressed up as victimhood. A walking pandemic of deceit. Nigerians must listen attentively. The audio is clear. The agenda is clearer. Natasha Akpoti’s desperate ambition must not be allowed to threaten national peace. Watch and listen to: “Akpoti - Iro (Box of Lies)” Expose the lie. Protect the truth. Defend the republic. Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Denies Having Six Children, Claims Only Four from Three Marriages In yet another revelation from her Facebook Live session yesterday with journalist Adeola, Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan publicly denied longstanding reports that she is a mother of six children. According to the Kogi Central senator, she has only four children from three different marriages. This statement contradicts widely circulated reports and social media discussions suggesting that she has six biological children. The matter has previously drawn both public interest and media speculation, especially given her prominence in political and social circles. “I don’t know where they got six children from,” Natasha stated during the live broadcast. “I have four children from three marriages. Let them bring evidence if they say otherwise.” The claim has sparked fresh debate online, with some users alleging that Natasha has previously referred to or been pictured with more than four men. Critics accuse her of trying to reshape her public image amid a wave of recent controversies. The comment comes on the heels of a series of other inconsistencies linked to the senator, including her contradictory statements about her connection to Dr. Sandra Duru and her past accusations against Reno Omokri. As pressure mounts, observers say Natasha’s shifting narratives may pose challenges not just to her credibility, but also to her broader political ambitions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FNJhCeb4A0?si=SXGZPGF9E0jTtbAm |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FptySctMGg?si=8dJvsCfjvZhXbj4k Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Denies Accusing Reno Omokri of Sexual Harassment, Despite Past Posts and Videos In another twist in the ongoing saga surrounding Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the Kogi-born lawmaker has now denied ever accusing former presidential aide Reno Omokri of sexual harassment — a claim that contradicts her documented public statements from the past. During a Facebook Live session yesterday with journalist Adeola, Natasha dismissed suggestions that she had ever accused Reno of impropriety. However, social media users were quick to unearth past videos and Facebook posts — now quietly deleted — in which she alleged that Omokri had flirted with her and sexually harassed her. In response, Reno Omokri reiterated that Natasha’s claims were false and malicious. He previously released evidence to refute her accusations, prompting widespread backlash against the senator at the time. Omokri also revealed that the matter was quietly resolved out of court after a clergyman intervened as a mediator. According to him, Natasha later paid a substantial settlement to compensate for the reputational damage caused. The resurfacing of this contradiction is fueling renewed scrutiny of Natasha’s credibility, especially as multiple inconsistencies continue to emerge in her public narrative. Observers note that the mounting revelations could further damage her political standing, with some calling for a public clarification or accountability from the senator. |
Video below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlmV-lMVqWw?si=dm0TqvzZwh-7RTsq Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Admits to Speaking with Sandra Duru, Contradicting Earlier Denial after Duru's Exposee Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has admitted to having spoken with Dr. Sandra Duru, also known as "Prof Mgbeke," in what appears to be a stunning reversal of her earlier public denial. The revelation came during a Facebook Live session yesterday with journalist and vocal supporter Adeola, where Natasha inadvertently disclosed that she had engaged in conversations with Dr. Duru as far back as March 2025. This admission stands in sharp contrast to her public Facebook post on May 2nd, where she categorically denied ever knowing or speaking with Sandra Duru. However, Dr. Duru subsequently released audio recordings and WhatsApp chat screenshots, directly contradicting Natasha’s denial. Faced with mounting evidence, Natasha acknowledged having communicated with Duru, though her statement during the live session now raises further questions about her credibility and the consistency of her public narrative. The controversy continues to generate widespread public interest as Nigerians demand transparency and accountability from all parties involved. |
In the ongoing public drama fueled by half-truths and social media theatrics, it's time to return to what really matters—facts, history, and credible work. A recent online attack launched by media personality Adeola Fayehun against Dr. Sandra Duru is a textbook example of the growing trend where activism is mistaken for accuracy, and loud opinions attempt to drown out documented legacy. Let’s begin with clarity: SONCAP (Standards Organisation of Nigeria Conformity Assessment Program) is not SON—the Standards Organisation of Nigeria itself. This basic fact, which seems to elude Adeola and her camp of self-styled "whistleblowers," is publicly available information. Yet, in their rush to defend Natasha Akpoti and spin a narrative, they misrepresent one of the most significant regulatory programs Nigeria adopted to combat substandard products. The irony? Dr. Sandra Duru was the original mind behind SONCAP, having conceptualized it during the tenure of Dr. John Ndanusa Akanya. That’s not speculation. It’s documented history—reinforced by her international engagements with the United Nations, Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings (CHOGM), ECOSOC, and many more. These are not titles casually thrown around; they are footprints of tangible work. While some people were still sharpening their skills in front of smartphone cameras, Sandra Duru was shaping national policy, advocating for gender reforms in the Nigerian Police Force, and holding discussions with strategic arms of government, from the Police Service Commission to the Presidency. Her network spans public policy, diplomacy, and media—not from noise, but from results. It is convenient for people like Adeola Fayehun, who have built visibility online, to belittle others from a distance. But popularity is not proof, and activism without research is dangerous. In a media age where narratives can go viral without verification, we must ask: what is the motive? And who truly benefits from this coordinated attempt to discredit Sandra Duru? Is it a coincidence that all this noise is emerging just as Natasha Akpoti is under scrutiny for making serious public allegations without evidence? Instead of addressing the fundamental question—where is the proof?—her allies are attacking Sandra, who has consistently demanded accountability, documentation, and due process. Let’s not be distracted. The real issue remains that he or she who alleges to the public must prove to the public. Dr. Sandra Duru has shown her receipts—concept papers, books, official engagements, and documented history. Meanwhile, the opposition offers little more than tweets, tantrums, and theatrics. In a battle between facts and fiction, the smart bet is always on truth. And Sandra Duru has made it clear: she doesn’t shout—she shows receipts. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Bktg2zkUS/ |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TD77Pd2EkcE?si=gJigul0Iig6KHHZa A viral skit of Nigerians mimicking suspended Senator has surfaced, highlighting her alleged infamous remarks calling Nigerians "gullible and hungry." The skit also mocks her false claim of organ harvesting in the tragic case of the late Umoren. |
As Kogi Central Constituents Continue to Pay the Price for Natasha’s Games On June 27, 2025, the Federal High Court in Abuja is set to deliver what many believe will be a predictable judgement: the six-month suspension of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central, if lucky enough, may be quashed. Precedents abound—Senator Ndume in 2017, Senator Omo-Agege in 2018, both men, both victorious against similar disciplinary actions. For nearly four months, Kogi Central has been missing in action in Nigeria’s upper legislative chamber. No motions. No advocacy. No defense of local interests. The woman elected to represent them has been watching from the sidelines and engrossed in a series of allegations and counter allegations— because what happened to be a normal routine was welcomed by an unusual outburst, followed by a number of unsubstantiated allegations, leading to a suspension. The courts have consistently ruled that suspension beyond 14 days is unconstitutional as it disenfranchises entire constituencies. Yet, the Senate persists. Could this be a show of legislative arrogance or a failure to uphold precedent? Either way, the result is the same—democratic injury. While we await the court’s gavel, what happens next is more critical than the judgement itself. Will Senator Natasha be welcomed back with dignity or with political cold shoulders? Her earlier battles in the Senate were waged alone. None stood publicly by her, and none challenged the suspension’s legality from within, not even her fellow opposition senators, what does that tell? Natasha’s return may be lawful, but her reception could be frosty. The question is no longer about legality, but legitimacy among peers. The implications for Kogi Central are grave. In her absence, committee representations have been quietly reassigned, constituency needs lost in the legislative maze, constituency interventions overturned and federal agencies possibly turned indifferent. In the game of influence and lobbying, silence is costly, and for months, Kogi Central has been politically mute. If Senator Natasha is lucky enough to win the legal battle of her suspension, it will make headlines—but what of the subtle wars that await her? Will she be allowed to speak freely in plenary? Will APC-led agencies still collaborate with her? Will she be treated as a colleague or an outcast by fellow senators? What is clear is that her constituents have been shortchanged, not by the courts, but by putting her pride ahead of her constituents, what a simple apology could have prevented have resulted into a new chapter of allegations against notable personalities in the country and political bigwigs, including an alleged plot to disrupt the president’s government according to a leaked audio. How can you pick battles with the entire senate and presidency? How do you represent the interest of your people when everyone who’s suppose to be with you is against you? How do you make lobbies for jobs, projects and interventions for your constituents? The big losers is already glaring, the people of Kogi Central. In the end, even if June 27 mark a legal win, for Kogi Central, the victory will only be complete when their voice is no longer muffled in the red chamber. Until then, they remain a constituency in silence. |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmiUwOghfBg?si=Dk7XVt_qOo4EPiYy Umoren Family Denies Organ Harvesting Allegation Amid Viral Audio Controversy Involving Prominent Figures The family of the late Iniobong Umoren has strongly refuted renewed claims suggesting her organs were harvested—claims that recently resurfaced following the circulation of an audio recording shared online by Dr. Sandra Duru during a Facebook Live session. In the now-viral video, Dr. Duru alleged that a conversation she had with a prominent female politician included suggestions that a high-ranking official was involved in the circumstances surrounding Umoren’s tragic death, allegedly tied to organ harvesting. Dr. Duru publicly rejected the claims and dissociated herself from what she described as “dangerous political lies.” Although the audio does not appear to be officially verified, it has sparked public concern and political tension. In the wake of the broadcast, the Umoren family issued a firm statement debunking the renewed organ harvesting narrative. “We are deeply hurt that our daughter’s death is being dragged into political controversies,” a family representative stated. “Let it be absolutely clear: Iniobong’s organs were intact. The autopsy confirmed this. There was no organ harvesting.” The family emphasized that they had cooperated fully with the authorities during the investigation into Iniobong’s murder in 2021, and they urged the public to respect the facts and stop spreading falsehoods. “As a family, we’re still grieving. We ask everyone to stop politicizing her memory. These claims are baseless and only cause more pain,” the family added. The individuals mentioned in the circulating audio have not publicly confirmed the authenticity of the recording, and no official investigation has linked any political figure to the alleged narrative. Observers have called for restraint in public commentary, especially where unverified material and tragic events intersect. Meanwhile, the family of Iniobong Umoren continues to call for dignity, truth, and justice—not misinformation—around her name and story. |
