I'm currently having issues with my Tecno Y4 Phone.

first, when I plug it, it will charge to 53% and that's where it will start slow charging, it might take up to 1hr before it increases to 54 or 55. I'm fed up.

Secondly, when I switch the phone on, it will just keep vibrating without booting unlike when it was normal like before when it vibrates once and boots after powering on, it will just keep vibrating until I remove the battery again and again so I decided to perform a factory reset to gain the phone's cooperation again.. what can I do please ? it started just a day before yesterday

NO 1 issue is a hardware problem. The phone is not installing charging again.

Secondly, after performing factory reset. Does the phone continue the problem or it goes back to it initial stage?

please help. While charging my huawei honor 6 phone, in a bleep i noticed the screen went blank then it later came up but the screen calibration no longer function and also the screen display not so visible again. Someone should kindly help on this asap.

Did it fell down or fell inside water prior before charging?

hello engineers in the house, my it1701 (tab)has been misbehaving lately, the battery (inbuilt) drains fast even when im not even using it and it cant even charge to 100% stops at 70%. Going through previous pages i could see changing of port being recommended. Yes ive had my battery changed but later replaced it back with the factory battery when the problem still wasnt solved. Also my charging port has been changed, although quite better but not okay still, im suspecting maybe the guy didnt put a good port or something. Please what will you recommend i do now?

Hello House, pls I have a Tecno F7 I hav used for a long time now and I am having problems with the internal memory of my phone. It keeps telling me memory full, uninstall applications.

Worst of it all is that it does not allow me to download any application from play store at all. While i have practically searched as far as I can possible solutuions to this problem, most seems to be unhelpful and few talk about deleting certain files.
The question is wht kind of file do i delete ans wht files do i leave out as i am scared to delete some files that would later affect the functionality of the phone.

I've got an iphone 5s that stopped working on july last year (my relative told me water entered the phone) abandoned it for another 2months that is september 2016 ..the iphone could not still come on and not charging so I went online and tried the hard reset and to my surprised it started displaying charging and could come on (problem solved)..then I noticed the phone being too hot for just an ordinary charge and noticed it charged very very slow..lets say 4 percent in 40mins..since I wasn't going to use the phone I then abandoned it for another 2months that is till december...now d iphone can not turn on ..when charging noting comes on only the body being warm...went to slot for repair the engineer told me it was battery problem he checked and said it wasnt battery after so checking screen and all.he said it was the phones panel that is the mother board , logic .etc...so now what can I do for an option? can it be repaired

Facebook sparked fear — and anger — among Thailand’s social media users after its Safety Check feature triggered a false bomb alert in Bangkok. The check-in feature allows users to signal to friends that they are safe after an event in their area such as a terror attack or natural disaster. But it appeared to misfire late Tuesday, creating an alert called “The Explosion in Bangkok” that said a blast in the capital had been confirmed by “multiple sources”. The page gave no other details about the incident but linked to articles about a bombing in Bangkok in August 2015 which killed 20 people. After numerous city residents marked themselves as safe, the alert was deactivated around an hour later at 10pm, leaving netizens relieved but also frustrated over the false alarm. “Facebook issued false news that has destroyed Thailand’s image,” wrote Thai user Prasit Silhanisong. “It’s close to the New Year and now tourists might not come,” he added, calling on the social media giant to apologise. Facebook swiftly defended the algorithm, saying the alert was activated by reports of small explosives that a protester had thrown near Government House earlier on Tuesday. The incident, which caused no injuries or damage, was covered in the local press. “Safety Check was activated yesterday in Thailand following an explosion,” a Facebook spokesperson said in a statement to AFP, adding that a “trusted third party” had confirmed the incident. It is not the first time the check-in feature has caused controversy. In March the company apologised after a bug sent a Safety Check notification to users around the world following a deadly suicide bombing in Pakistan. It doesn't support any application. it can access FACEBOOK, and also support SD CARD.
