If you find yourself in the midst of people who are drug dealers and you were never aware of their dealings, and they gave you money and phones to keep, then all of a sudden the Police raided and the case went to court, and the court ruled that, that account were those monies were lodged should be forfeited and was forfeited does that make you a drug dealer?
