Well, Dom.inique actually pointed out that the person in question is a notorious scammer. Let's assume for a minute he was a legitimate individual. He proposed escrow which you clearly rejected BUT WANTED HIM TO SEND FIRST TO SOMEONE HE DOESN'T KNOW OR SEE (ACCORDING TO YOU).

It wasn't like you busted him. You couldn't come to a conclusion with him. I will echo Domini.que's line of thought concerning you. Anyone who wants to do business with you should get an escrow and if you refuse, they should walk away. The money you sent is your cup of tea and stop sounding hard to be believable. This is a trait known to scammers.

Becos the account is limited and part of the limitation is that you can't send funds out of a limited account.
