okoroemeka: nice house, nice car and good dressing is associated with wealth and success, naturally women are programmed to like successfully men, imagine a sceniro a girl is standing on the bus stop on a hot October afternoon and two men walks up to her,one is on foot, dusty and sweating ,the other is in an ac chilled Lexus is250,who do you think the girl will follow? LOl, what you have said is the truth about women generally. most forget that there are guys that are not really flashy things freak. For instance i have met a friend with over N100m investment into his new company but he doesn't own a car. he feels he does not need it since he is not always in town due to the nature of his job. |

Everyday we celebrate these thieves for building Roads, overhead bridges, market, and rehabilitation of schools, hospitals, are we not supposed to have grown past all this?
What we need in this country now is HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT.
Massive Employment, Vocational Training, scholarships and improved standard of learning from the basics to tertiary.
Me, I'm tired of roads construction and fly overs o... lol, see logic na you are tired of building of schools yet you need human capital development scholarship and improved standard of learning |

blinking001: Peter Obi is better KK, please what infrastructure did he put on ground while he was a governor......Road, bridges, schools, airport, stadium, market, etc. these infrastructure is what grows a state economy. eg very good road and bridges in the city center will attract good shopping malls, good eatery, supermarket, etc, thereby creating more employment and human capital development |

Jlow2: There is hunger in ebonyi state and no economic activities, umahi deliberately kept ebonyians in perpetual poverty consequently using them as tools, umahi frustrated all businesses with exorbitant tax, e.g in minning sector a truck of solid mineral is 800k-1m tax, infrastructure without corresponding knowledge is nonsense, ebonyi mall, ecumenical centre, has not brought a dime to government cuffers, since umahi came to power, in the civil service no employment, no payment of gratuity and pension at any level, in 21st century street lights in ebonyi runs on desiel instead of solar, he built the so called medical school with ebonyi state money at uburu and the least school fees is 5m consequently 97% of ebonyians cant afford it, there has never been any genuine human capital development. People became poorer under his government, yes I support him handling contracts him self through ministry of works, but why go to lagos to buy rods, and also go to dangote factory directly to buy cement, ebonyians that sell this things you demolished there shops and relocated them on short notice yet you collect exorbitant tax from them and dnt patronise them, yet the pay all the taxes, fire service tax, local government, health tax, tenant/landlord tax, it's a pity. Dont you think those infrastructure will pay off in the near future? |

Umiah is great in infrastructure best Nigeria as ever seen ...but in other areas Peter obi is better but you have not talked about what he did as a governor |

mrvitalis: Brono ? Lamo please
Firstly these states you mentioned collected minimum or 2 times what ebonyi collects
With that umiah built 17 fly overs over 10 bridges. A new sports stadium , a brand new airport multiple mega market Biggest mall in Nigeria New government house Brand new universities Improved the old university Massive road construction And many more
All without borrowing and with the lowest revenue haba!! Umahi did all these and Obi still outperformed him Obi performance as a governor must be legendary |

foryourmindlol: And you haven't seen him meeting different delegates in the past few days? It seems you're the one who is not paying attention to news.
I even thought you meant he is not meeting politicians and making empty promises. party politics in Nigeria is always tricky. you know that the north and the west has the most delegates. you have to consult and convince the party leaders in these regions to sway the delegates to your side . Also, PDP is also known for money bag politics as far as primaries is concern so he should be ready to play dirty |
Politics › Re: Why Is Peter Obi Not Serious About His Presidential Ambition by simplistical(op): 1:42am On Apr 25, 2022 |
foryourmindlol: Do you want him to start jumping up and down and start saying he'll make 1 naira equal to one dollar?
The youths are behind him from what I'm seeing. And that's how he wins his elections. He doesn't campaign that much. If you vote him, fine. If you don't vote him, follow those that will give you q cup of rice in election day. we're talking about party politics here we are not talking about general election. you need to consult wide and play the party politics for you to stand a chance. He is not really deep rooted in PDP Atiku only Handpicked him during the last primary. |
Politics › Re: Why Is Peter Obi Not Serious About His Presidential Ambition by simplistical(op): 1:38am On Apr 25, 2022 |
mrvitalis: Name one thing he should have done that he is not doing you have to win primary first. you have to woo delegates by intensifying your campaign |

I wonder why peter is not really campaigning despite having pretty decent followership especially in the se. This is really worrisome and disappointing to his ardent fallowers.
