Those days are gone for good. To learn anything, you are best advised to do your research yourself otherwise na OYO. NL is currently suffering from the dearth of intellectualism. Although, I could recognize the efforts of a very few but not half as much.
Nowadays, I'm even ashamed to admit to friends that I'm on Nairaland, most of my friends view this place as a filthy forum.

I think StOla pops in once a while. At the time, I would only come in to read comments & leave. The depth of knowledge & intelligence was so scary as it was like a moving encyclopedia.
The truth is that it was even more educating and entertaining when you are just reading those comments, most times, you will leave Nairaland just to click and read the tons and tons of links provided, these days you hardly see links but screenshots.

Don't involve the easterners in your madness. Yoruba leaders try to play chess only to get checkmated by the wiser north.
Throughout the military era, the easterners were recovering from the civil war and so had very little fault in the coups and counter-coups that occurred for decades.
Left to easterners, there won't be anything called Nigeria, let alone a Nigerian military coup.
SO people like Daniel Kanu of the Youth Earnestly Ask for Abacha, Emmanuel Nwanyanwu, Arthur Nzeribe and Walter Ofanagoro were also still recovering from civil war while working actively with the military men to subvert democracy in Nigeria?
You guys are such annoying hypocrites undecided

I don't want a coup though. It is bad.
Yes, but for their steadfastness, and left to Northern elites and Easterners, Nigeria will still be in the throes of the military.

How some of you people still come up with this sort of reasoning/comment is astonishing.

The East of Nigeria is brimming with millions of illiterates that can only rival the number of illiterates in Northern Nigeria.

However while the Northern illiterates accept the fact that they are illiterates and have no qualms about the, the Eastern illiterates are still arrogant in their own illiteracy .

Don't be deceived, there are two or more security personnel that are well blended with other passengers with him on that flight.
It's just like seeing an American President in a public place 'without' security personnel.

By the way, good and free advert for Med-view, my personal preferred airline in Nigeria right now.

PoliticsRe: IPOB Sit-at-home Protest Will Cost Nigeria Over 200 Billion Naira In 24 Hrs by simplycarro: 12:02pm On Sep 23, 2016
uduak2016:
IPOB Sit-At-Home Protest Will Cost Nigeria Over 200 Billion Naira in 12 Hrs in commerce, trade, manufacturing, taxes, levies, IGR, transactions, e.t.c. For example, I was supposed to clear some containerized goods from China at the port in Lagos, that's over 5 million naira in duties not paid. Just imagine thousands and millions of IPOB who are at home and not transacting. The whole of Onitsha main market, Nnewi, Owerri, Nkpor, Awka, Awkuzu, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar are all locked down and empty. In fact, Port Harcourt is a grave yard...closed! Banks are closed also; usually banks record over 50 billion naira in daily transactions in all Biafraland...that is zero today. Honestly, I never expected this sit-at-home to be this serious, in fact it it has been a success. IPOB has discovered a way to cripple this country without movement.

Listen to live update on tunein

You don't know what you are talking about.
Unless you want to forfeit the containers to the government, you will end up paying demur-rage for the containers to the Terminal operator and the Shipping line.
Una too dey lie, if not you will not come here and say Nigeria will lose N5M in unpaid duty, when you will still pay it.
If you think this sit-at-home will injure the Nigeria economy and at the end get you your goal, why not continue the sit-at-home indefinitely till Nigeria listen to you.
