Gbagada is shit compared to New Owerri , Independence Layout Enugu, Nkisi Housing Estate Onitsha, Udoka Housing Estate Awka. i only stay in gbagada because of centrality to the Island, Ikeja , Airport etc , same way other Igbo business men rent houses in parts of lagos rather than stay in hotels.
