This is something I suspect I might face in future, but what I am wondering is if it makes sense to even try and navigate it when it starts or just end everything now.

If you hire this man, he will deliver but will do more than what you asked him and will cause you problems.

I told this man to deliver business name which he did, but he added business purposes that are now going to cost my business 80k due to tougher registration requirements.

I complained to this man and he then asked me to pay 15k to fix a problem that he caused.

Just be careful with him. Make sure you tell him to only list the business purposes you want. If you let him do as he likes to do he will cause serious problems for you and will bill you to fix them.

why do you advise against schenghen countries, please? i thought those are the easiest routes to start from if you want to eventually cross to places like canada, uk, etc.

Better to use non-Schengen to enter Europe, then get residence permit and apply for Schengen from there.

As long as it's a genuine Beninise Passport you have nothing to fear, The Visa free agreements between countries is very well respected, But please don't exceed your stay, with a Beninise Passport you have Visa Free stay of 30 days in South Africa but if you intend to stay longer you have to apply for the standard 90 days tourist visa. The same rule apply to other countries that offer Visa Free Access to Beninise Passport like Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Tunisia, Morroco, Mauritius, Sychelles, Sierra Leone, etc.

One again, don't abuse the Visa free privilege, enter South Africa visa free, before the the expiration of the 30 days apply for a longer stay visa.

For those in doubt of the above information, Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic have the strongest Passport in the whole of West Africa.

It's a cool country l was there before the COVID but please whatever you do, do not overstay your visa for 1 hour.

It's a visa on arrival country for most countries of the world including most countries in Africa it used to be visa on arrival for Nigerians before they cancelled it in early 2000s and their passport is rated 2nd best passport in the world after that of Japan.

They are mostly Chinese with Malay and Indian ethnicities and few of other mixed race

They don't joke with their law as drug sells or usage is death penalty they even kill their citizens if found with drugs let alone foreigners.

As long as you abide by the law of the land, you are good to go. No doubt you will enjoy your stay as there are many places to visit. Op pls Try to visit their Zoo as well whenever you have the time.

Not with a Nigerian passport. Prior to 2006/7, Nigeria had visa-free access to Singapore, but after a spate of drugs imported into the country (they were hanged by the government), she cancelled it. Benin Republic, for instance, has visa-free access.

Nice one OP, well analysed. I'm currently in benin and i agreed with you on everything but for the yellow card I don't think it's a must because I came in without it and nobody asked me. To get those vaccines in Nigeria can be very stressful and costly. I think yellow card is mandatory when you are traveling to South Africa.
