Not using this to discourage anyone , but tbh, since I sold all my coins and stopped scalping / hodling BS, I’ve got peace of mind , as in , my heart no Dey race unnecessarily again, e don tey wey I open coin gecko or any crypto updates app self, sometimes I can go 4 days without checking updates on coins on here , and funnily enough , I’ve recovered all my losses from last year till now..
