feistymikey: Good evening everyone, I’m about to re apply for my study visa again. But this time I want a upfront medical.
How do I do that please? I mean can I go for my medicals right now before submitting the application? Hello, please did you do medicals for your previous application? Thanks |

Adetayooyinade: Hello everyone, I need some help booking a medical examination for my Canada study permit application. IOM MHAC and Qlife Family Clinic are the listed centers but unfortunately there are no available dates in the near future. Can anyone who has done this recently help with information, contact details, anything, please I don't know if this has been answered already, still you can call or mail the clinics with your medical request and you'd be scheduled for a closer date within the 30days required. That is if you've been asked to go for the medical by IRCC. That's what I did with mine. |

Emmasonic4me: Chief, this could have been you announcing your PPR only if you did Upfront medicals.
Anyways, you can try your luck by going to IOM or Qlife physically with your medicals request printout from IRCC and begging them to give you a date so you can meet the deadline. Good luck and congratulations in advance! Thank you boss. |

Unbin: I will recommend you visit Qlife family clinic or give them a call explaining the urgency for your medical test, I am sure they will make provision for you base on the medical letter issue to you by the visa officer. I will do that. Thank you so much. |

Hello People,
Been long I have been here. However, today I got a medical request for my student permit application. My problem is there is no space available within 30 days to undergo and submit the medicals.
Anyone with experience on this that can proffer a solution or a way to go about it.

Haha! Experiencing same with mine. Full review wouldn't even load. Thanks for the information. Theboysquare1: Ghost update accompanied with error 502 while trying to check application status is not actual ghost update. It’s a glitch I experienced same thing on my account in the early hours of this morning.
Sorry to disappoint you It will definitely end in praise for us all |

It could be that your eligibility has started or as they are on your file now, eligibility will be updated. Also depends on when you applied, it could be them confirming background check information. Someone is atll least on our application. Thank God. Legacyedition: Same here.
But my application hasn't gotten to eligibility review . But yours had started. How come same information is being entered at same time?. Abi this people had started eligibility in spirit ni |

I got the request for biometrics the day after I applied and found a close date at VFS for 4th. It was updated same day. And no, they haven't asked for medical yet. I'm look to go for it first week in May. Cherukei2015: Wow! you mean your biometrics was completed on 4th January? just days after submitting your application? It seems they have not requested for your medicals. |

I actually submitted on the 31st of December, misread your initial post. And for the biometrics update, you can't miss it. I have attached my profile for reference. Cherukei2015: My biometrics has not been updated , what does it say when your biometrics is updated? Did yours get updated? I got NSE request but couldn't meet up.
It feels good to finally see people that are in the same boat as myself.

No, you shouldn't be. We submitted on the same day. When was your biometrics updated? And did you get NSE request. As for me, my eligibility review started 3 days ago, 19th April. Cherukei2015: Hello Everyone, my eligibility review has started today.
Should I be worried? I applied on 31st January 2021 |

I can only answeron the chargeback part. It means the bank you made your applicationand biometrics payment with has recalled the money from IRCC's position. Either the person who mad Serge payment made the request or the bank did for some reason. Or a technical challenge from the bank. Either way, you get the point. You need to make another payment. demure178: Good morning, I just got this now, and I remember telling them I was denied visa 2019 and all, while filling the im form, please I would appreciate if someone could help me out how I should tackle this, or if someone was been sent a wrong false accuse information. I remember someone having this problem and how he solved it Please anybody who could help, I would appreciate it |

Good evening evening. I've been following this thread for a while. Thank you all for the information shared.
My eligibility review finally started today. First time applicant. Applied on the 31st of December, 2020. Biometrics captured and updated on 4th of January, 2021. Didn't get NSE request.
Hopefully this gives someone an update as to where IRCC are on the applications.
Wish all hopefuls all the best. As always, it shall end in praise. |
