He's just a funny dude, when Lupe, Papoose and cassidy responded to his verse, he was like "Im not impressed" trying to act like those guys never murdered him.

No hate tho. i like K.dot but i think he is nothing like Nas or Pac interms of beats, style, flow, lyrical contents. Nas debut album is considered a classic,one of the best hip-hop albums of all time, its a universal opinion, not just mine

And if he was from Atl, he wouldnt have been talked much about this way, well thats what you get when you stay around Elites

Lol. lets leave that part. You know being a rapper from Cali esp from Compton city helps your fame alot? Lamar has alot of cali legends around him that was why he could say shiit in his 'Control' verse. I keep saying it, if Lamar was from Atl and sings this same way, he wouldnt be talked about like this.

Still a rocket science to me how a nigga(J.cole) in North Carolina in a small city called fayettville doing amazing things .

I was listening to this debate and comments from nigerians in "hot fm abuja" when the issue of WHO IS THE LEADER OF NEW SCHOOL RAP was raised, I was amaized by some persons comments on the topic, like someone said j.cole is 10 steps ahead of lamar, which I think such comments was borne of sentiment from a j.cole's supporter.

I have decided to introduce this debate here on nairaland for lovers of new school to, without bias tell us who he or she feels is the leader of new school rap, and why he or she feels so.
