Go to a crowded place example Markets,Churches,Etc (ghosts always like mingling in the midst of humans to avoid being easily detected) then do the following in this sequence.
When you get to any of these places mentioned above.

1. Wash your hands Clean

2. Use Clean water spit inside and wash you face
using your hands 3 times.

3. Close your eyes and move 3 steps backwards

4. Turn around and open your eyes.

The main reason why I love Amsterdam is because they are very friendly.My former boss is from Amsterdam and he is very nice.I've met some of his countrymen and they are also good people.My current boss is from Italy,some of them are like Nigerians(no offence).FYI I'm a chef.
