Dear V.O, Until ur replacement arrives? Do u know that there's no one compares to u, in terms of helping & answering people's question indeed! Taking time out of ur very busy time and answer people's question, even if u re far away, holiday or whatever, you still manage and help people with their questions. Dear V.O, pls where ever you go, kindly try and still continue to coming on this nairaland, as usual. Cos' it's more fun now, and more experience and about the people's impact in life. Hello Dear VO, Thanks so , so much and i really appreciate ur concerned. I went to immigration office, CBP at Atlanta on tuesday, and i got my passport back and they accepted the copy of the medical. They even called my wife to inform me that i should no more bother about doing a new medical that they`ve received the email copy my medical from Lagos Us Embassy. You `re an hero till end ma!! @ Orimahspence: This is!! Cos` if u are qualify to get the visa, you `ll get it. Because these people actually want a qualify people to get their visas. So, this means you can`t ask them how to get their visas or what are ur chances are. but if you are qualify, u will get it. Never give up, that's y they give people more and more chances to re apply. I also saw the panel physician at consultant practice for the new medical and was given a receipt, in which i showed the receipt to immigration at the port of entry ma. Please ma, if u can help me to contact the panel physician and scan u a copy. Dear V.O, i wanna say thanks so so much for the great job u re doing here!! I finally made it to USA yesterday. But i was delayed for 7 hours, because my new medical that i submitted to Us Lagos Embassy was not included in my immigration packet. Now they later allowed me to go and they gave me a paper work to go and do new medical here in america with a deadline. They also got hold of my passport till i return with new medical. This is going to cost me much money, stress to Atlanta Georgia to return with new medical and not my fault. Embassy didn`t put the new medical i submitted to them. No one can blame our angel VO, for not answering non immigrant questions here. Base on the fact that, this thread is for immigrant questions and answers. But when it comes to some non immigrants questions that can't be answered here, immigrantion laws and policies are follow, while people tryin to ask how they could go about their visa applications, or how to get the visa. Which is impossible to answer here, cos they are asking about how their chances are, in geting the visa. So as i understand, if u are eligible to get the visa, u ll get it. But some people trying to break into their laws and policies, by asking difficult questions about the way to get visa, that can't be answered in public. Cos you need respect their immigration laws and policies. Hope this helps to everyone....Kayode

Pls ma, my interview was last 2weeks ago, visa approved, but i was told to get new medical and police, as its going to expire. I was given a white gss collection paper to submit the requested documents and passport at the DHL, and come back after 5 working days for pick up. I submited them last thursday and tomorrow makes 5 working days. Pls ma, I want to know if i should go tomorrow or friday for pick up ma. My name is Kayode.....LGS2014569045. Good evening Ma, I want to say, thanks you so much Ma, cos` they`ve given me appointment date to come back for re-interview. Please Ma, In my first interview, i brought relationship photos before wedding, wedding pictures, my son birth certificate, before i was asked to do DNA between 3 of us, for insufficient documentation. Now they got the DNA result. This is what it says in my new re- interview ma....You are required to return to the Consulate on Friday February 13, 2015 at 7:00am with evidence of ongoing relationship with your petitioner.
pls Ma, does this mean i should bring copy of DNA, or the same photos, wedding pictures, marriage certificate and son birth certificate Ma!!

good evening Ma, my full case number is LGS2014569045, to be able to identify my case Ma, as you couldn't identify my case, cos of the way case number was written in my first message i sent u Ma. DNA result for me, my wife & kid in US delivered on 15 Jan 2015, and status updated on 21 Jan 2015, but still on Ap, and my medical is going to expire around Feb Ma, and that's additional cost Ma. Meanwhile, my lovely son birthday is on Feb 27, 2015, i made african native dress for 3 of us, which we would be puting on, on his special 2yrs birthday coming up to church for celebration together with my wife & kid and thanksgiving.
