For sellers that are doing such me open dispute on shipping abnormal. Aliexpress will support you cos it's valid. it's as simple as that... Na why dispute option dey there be that

No I just went much earlier than I should. I was following the tracking information. So immediately it reached delivery office. I went there they said they're still sorting. I should come next week Tuesday. I weak

At least there's hope.. I want to ask something sha... Let's say i randomly walked into a Post office A, I asked for my package and they said they don't have it.. Would it be possible for them detect if my parcel was in another Post office B, so I could go there and claim my item?

I do go sometimes. The might call and your number won't be available. Especially after my tracking says at local distribution centre. I wait like 2, 3days I no see sms or call. I will just go there.

Doesn't make any difference. I won't use PO BOX again. They would keep the parcel in the post office waiting 4 u. Today I went to get a parcel and they were asking me why I used a pobox as the sole address since it's not a letter. No advantage. If there's a fee you will still pay to get your item

No need. Just use your residential or office addy. You'll be called for pickup at the PO cuz you'll need to register the receipt of the package.

However, does this mean the package can be in Nigeria and I won't still get updates that it has arrived via all these tracking sites..Cos it seems to me that once the product is outside China you won't get the location update

after 60days, order will be completed but buyers protection period is still the ultimate. So, long you have that (BP), you're covered. Some sellers can even increase it by 30days. But you've tried waiting for 70days.

Please how do I know my buyer protection period..

Hello guys, Please I have got 2 issues with Aliexpress.
1. I ordered for a good then it was awaiting payment processing, so I switched to my other account to order something else.
I couldn’t switch back to the account that award awaiting payment but got an email that it was verified. I can’t login into that account anymore as it says login with a computer.

What do I do guys?

Same thing happened to me..
I used Chrome to solve the problem.. I just checked the "desktop site" extension and probably Aliexpress thought I was using a computer.. I initiated the verification process using my phone
But where the real problem is getting verification code from them, I got stuck in this process for days but it finally came..
I completed it and started using the app again

Hi, I just started shopping via aliexpress a month ago and it's been approx 39 days since I made my first order and I'm yet to get the package. The painful part is I haven't been getting the current location of the product as it always show about 20days old info whenever I check on tracking site and apps llike 17track.
Now, I've been seeing something like "you can only open dispute 15 days before your buyer protection expires ".. And, I don't know how I could find "my buyer protection" counter via the app like I've been seeing in pictures on posts I've read.

Infact I don't know what I should do.. Any candid advice from experienced buyers would be appreciated

I'm not experiencing battery drain ish and the one you are hearing upandan is not from Redmi 7 users. Plus, it is confirmed that it's not the update that caused the issue. Rather it is WhatsApp that caused it. WhatsApp have issues with battery optimisation after their update.

You are using Redmi 7. The latest update on MIUI 10 for Redmi 7 is 10.3.4 which you have but didn't update.

Those on 10.3.10 are using Redmi Note 7.

Now, those using Redmi 7 that got MIUI 11 are using global EU ROM (PFLEUXM), global russian ROM (PFLRUXM) and global Indian ROM (PFLINXM).

You are using the main global ROM (PFLMIXM) and there's no MIUI 11 based on that yet.

In most cases you must update this present one to get MIUI 11 when released. In other cases, this present update will be joined with MIUI 11 update and be ready to update with between 1.7-2gb instead of 693mb for MIUI.
