Hello fam, My redmi 7 has been experiencing glitches.. Random apps lag seriously, and won't open till I turn off my screen number of times. My sim 1(or probably the one with data connection) disappears as if no sim card was inserted.. Not the usual case of "no network". Just today it tripped off on its own. Could it be because my MIUI is out of date (MIUI 11.0.2) and I've refused to download the 11.0.3 and 11.0.5 updates I received?
Ps. I'm careful with my phone nd it doesn't fall or get wet

But the seller extended the protection period.. Will that reduce the value of the refund I was meant to get?
