Working under a female boss has it positive and negative side/effect. if she is the type that feels insecure, then you are inn for a trouble with any slightest mistake or provocation. But if its a female that the home is peaceful and knows how to relate to her staff and customers, Oh! you will learn a lot from her. Because I have been opportune to work under a female boss, it was a hell. Though I later find a way of dealing and relating with her but to my surprise when I later find out that her husband who was then a bank manager was worse and ill-mannered than the wife. i had to leave without notice and I thank God I took that decision then! All is now story! so I believe that it depends!

Though such practice is not a common event, but I believe that any lady or man that does that have two things in mind. 1. - maybe because of material gains and 2. maybe because of love.

please permit to submit this little information on my experience working under a Lebanese company. I have come to notice that they prefer to use you until you become useless and then they will abandon you and recruit another fellow. But what surprises me is that some Nigerian bosses under them are not helping matters at all as they collaborate with these foreigners to deny their country men what is due to them. They don't pay much but enjoys extravagant lifestyles, the question that keeps coming to my mind is "Can a foreigner behave the way they are doing in their own land? Why is it that Government is not checking the excesses of these companies? And most of them are here illegally...what is really happening?
