cheers guys! I was told the 1st  floor plan attached was a rough sketch, I got the main in the approved plan. I'm struggling to attached the pix because a bit large (324kb)!

Thanks for the information! I'm going to get intouch with the builder and so call the architect that do the drawings. i haven't seen the building myself cos i leave abroad. Can u advice on what to use for the roof now and the cost pls. I'm tired of them reaping me off bro! if at all am going to do the upper bit i want to be there myself in future.

does anyone have any idea how much a plot of land goes for at elebu area in Ibadan.

please, can someone help me out! Ive got a project going on and planning to do without the upper bit at the back. is it possible to do it without contacting the local  town planning or local government that actually approved the plan? I prefer it on low level and just want to go ahead with roofing. see pix attached!

i would need some ideas from any money management organization, so that i can invest the money and make more money to help the poor people back home. definitely, setup a charity organization on behave of my lovely mother.
