You can’t reinforce the idea the man carries the bills 100% then reach UK and tell the woman to share. Why? Just stay in Nigeria.

The best ones are the ones that help themselves without disrespect.

As for chores, what happened to buying modern appliance or employing house helps if you’re capable. Except if both genders have selfish interests which is most of the time , it’s not a valid point.

I always remind my babe we’re both fighting against poverty. Most important thing is time. Outsource the rest and don’t be expecting a woman to cook for you and 3 children everyday or expect a man that has been working all day to come and sweep floors.

True, I’m working towards renewing my CCP and getting the Cloud Solutions Architect certifications. It seems to get you a foot in the door as advised by a friend in the industry. And the recent calls I got from some HR’s kinds of confirms it. They mostly work with requirements.

Meet it and you can get past them to the technical interviews. The ones that are willing to take you for face value mostly want cheap labor.

And I’m also looking for hybrid/fully remote roles also. Location also plays a role too.

We’ll see how it goes eventually. I’m not in a rush

I really dislike those people. It’s called disturbance of public peace. One has been coming around here for years. Didn’t convert a single person, so what’s the point? Most people just turn on gens as a response.

And something about those type of people is they are either emotionally unintelligent and preach based on fear or lived rough nonsense sinful lives before and think that preaching will atone for their guilt. Either way, Banning them from entering your neighbourhood is the best bet

AWS Restart ends tomorrow. Those labs were quite intensive. And I’ve noticed my weak points are the database and python aspects. I need to grasp them more deeply.

I’ve been saying I’ll write certifications since. Now I must write it by fire by force. It’s good though, my AWS practitioner cert just expired last month. Will renew it with this exam and take a shot at the AWS Solutions architect certification also.

Will dedicate next month to that. Been sending resumes also. Just testing.

At the end of all this I am dedicating one month to doing nothing intensive. Abeg. Just chill, enjoy and explore some of the online courses I’ve bought down.

Then networking is one aspect you need to really wrap your head around. This labs sometimes have corrupted keys and you have to find a way to sort it out. Especially when you need to ssh into a server and are restricted from using instance connect etc

One yeye lab showed me shege!
I used PuTTY with a .ppk file,
I tried connecting with the .pem key via SSH,
I even used EC2 Instance Connect, AWS CLI, and AWS SSO,

Security groups and ports were all properly configured (so no network issues),This thing no gree me access. All required rules were met and ports open before we finally found out the lab keypair was corrupted.

So one had to edit it manually, put the right details in and convert it from pem to pkg before it worked.

I also remembered running into AWS CLI authentication problems before this program. Access key and secret key was correct but this thing was still telling me session is not something something. Had to commit this 2 commands to head by force.

aws sts get-caller-identity
aws configure set aws_session_token

funny enough, You hardly forget frustrating moments like this, unlike the labs you just zoom through.

AltSchool is winding up. I need to watch the remaining classes.

This AWS restart program is also winding up in 2 weeks. Time to prepare to re certify my AWS practitioner and write the Solutions architect exam.

Been busying practicing and saving the labs somewhere. They are getting longer and harder. Learnt about
-- blue/green deployments
-- lambda
-- AWS step functions
-- Amazon Route 53 failover routing
-- Migrating to an RDS database

The last 2 were quite interesting seeing how you could switch traffic to a new endpoint and reroute to a new database without any downtime.
And for lambda, I learnt how to import code, use layers with a deeper understanding than last time. SNS and monitoring aspect is easy.

Still, running the commands in the CLI is faster but confusing if you're a first timer but it forces you to understand. I literally used the iac codes given by AI for a lab to reverse create its alternate using the AWS console.

Lol. But you will still get at your price if you want. It would just take you a while.

This is awfully familiar, you don’t even need to get married to have experienced this. The patterns are already showing.

Separation is the key here. Disrespect has entered the conversation on both sides and it seems they can’t even sit down to dialogue peacefully. The woman is also bringing up avoidance vibes. And I know one man currently, non ambitious, the wife is a very good woman and does almost everything except for rent. And guess what, the guy is getting comfortable to the point of eyeing ladies outside. Imagine taking that kind of man abroad, tueh!

Like I said, they already shown the signs here in nigeria.

Funny enough, The woman here might seperate and join with a white man or someone else and still share or pay more than the bills she’s currently complaining about happily. It’s all about the feelings she has for the man

I am not excusing the late husband's cheating. But whatever it is, he remains the father of her children and if she has nothing else to mourn for, that her kids will grow up without their father is reason enough.
Secondly, her actions indicate she is outrightly cutting ties with her husband's people. Possibly, that will be the last time they'll see her or the kids.
The way the husband died is shameful. The wife drawing attention to it by her actions, embarrasses her in-laws and her children. They will get to know the reason why and whatever positive memory they may have about the late husband, will vaporise.

I did. To me it seems like a calculated method of informed gambling. Or maybe I just don’t know enough.

As for time. I sometimes dedicate a weekend to just reading messages. If not for my business, I won’t have any social media unfrozen on my phones. I don’t remember the last time I watched TV. It’s career, business, exercise ,family and nothing else. I do take like 2months off when I destress if e don hook me but the point is, we would find time if something works for us.

That’s why it’s important not to get stuck in research. Once I get all the insights I starred in the groups for that week. I put it in a note somewhere and set reminders to work on it next asap.
