Hi house ...is it possible to change from Assisted service to self service, I am yet to pay for the assisted service....what is the implications and what is the process of possible .

Assisted services dates are closer than self service .
No implications ,just that dates are farther than each other .
If u are resuming in January , best practice is to choose assisted because of closer date .
If u haven’t paid for assisted. You can opt for self service .

Made payment for assisted , got confirmation.
But didn’t get booked for a date .
No confirmation mail

Yes you can use her account .
You will need a consent to debit lettter from her , and mayb birth certificate to confirm she is your mother .
