Long life has definitely nothing to do with being rich or wealthy.

You can have all the money in the world and yet you will still not live long. If you take a trip to the hospital, you will see extremely rich individuals who are still very young battling deadly diseases and sicknesses. Some have been given their death date already.

Yet there are old people who don't even have money in some villages that are old and aging gracefully.

Long life has nothing to do with money.

Just yesterday, I created a thread and posted a story of a Nigerian woman who is 126 years old.

This woman says she wants to live up to 150 years old.

She talked about what she does which nobody else does that has kept her healthy and has lengthened her life up to 126 years old and this is something she has been doing for years.

I really learnt alot from that woman because that is a secret which nobody will tell you.

If you read this woman's story, you eyes will open.
