keeper303:Thanks sir. We trying to see the best way. |
keeper303:Thanks for your contribution sir. If only my client had considered that small damaged portion from a job of over 500sqm does not made my job a bad job and defines me a fraudster. From the book of confidence, it is clear that people do not reason the same way. In fact we were there to meet a Niaralander wanting our service for his floor just yesterday. However, considering the fact that Dr Akinterinwa (client) first negotiated with me and we agreed on a price. After conclusion, we agreed I visit the proposed site to take measurements. So after traveling all the to ONDO town, who will expect my client to start renegotiating? But yes, he renegotiated promising that if this is well done he will give me a bigger job at the previous price (first agreed price) in Lagos. It was after this he demanded for an agreement of warranty. Sincerely, I did his job not because of his promises but because I believe I always stand a chance in any job. Even if not huge profit, it surely add something to my portfolio. Furthermore, the Nairalander whom has been awarding us multi-million contract after first giving us a floor contractor never promised us any job after the floor job he engaged me for (People are here who needs just a non greedy, committed person to be in charge of things for them, while you earn handsomely too). The only reason I held on not reply to all the allegations at first was because I don’t want anything get me emotional so it won’t affect the project I was already rounding up abroad. Now I’m typing on Nigeria soil so it won’t even seems I was hiding abroad. And MR SEUN, thank you. There are numbers of us whom this wonderful forum as taking a long way. |
My name is Agbaje Afeez Oladapo. Yes, I had a warranty agreement with Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) on the 4th of September 2020 and this warranty was to be valid for a period of 1 year(agreement letter attached). Recently,Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) contacted me on 29 september 2021 with a video, reporting about some cracks on his floor. In my response I explained to him that if the cracks shown on the video was the complain, then the job is fine. This cracks are not from the center of the slab, either at a certain edge and few joints of the slab. Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) asked me what can be done and my response was, it can be repaired and mostly the newly repaired part may not have a rhythm appearance with the existing ones. He agreed to that then asked me when I come to fix it. I assured him of as soon has he wants and we needed certain materials which he will provide and transport fare. He said the job is under warranty so he is not spending any kobo. I politely told him the job is no longer under a warranty and the reason I will not charge him for labour is because I did the job. This is where the insults and name calling started. So I decided to remain silent even though it was very annoying. So my silent after the insults is what Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) defines has fraudulent and arrogant! The long list of materials I sent to Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) : cement sand hardner release agent. If indeed you are having bad experience with all Nigerian artisan you have been dealing with, then you might need to check your style of dealing. Knew what I went through while doing your job. Stop feeling too insecure! However, Dr. Oyewole Akinterinwa (client) knows how bad the judicial system in Nigeria is, that’s why he made fraudulent threads on my name but he has done more good than bad. And I am no longer interested in your your maintenance job even if you are willing to pay for labour and materials. Perhaps, people need to know that dragging someone in the mod will definitely have them their own share of the stains. Our sincere appreciations to all nairalanders we have been having business with. You shall continue to be prosper. Agbaje Afeez Oladapo. Office; Shop B5 M&J shopping plaza, besides Firstbank, Offa garage Ilorin, Kwara state. Thanks. |
Good development and it must be considered for the police on highway patrol as well. |
bolu1986:Thanks for your contribution sir. The floor will last a standard time of a concrete floor but doesn’t mean everything will remain the same as a freshly made job. Signing an agree is an indication of confidence of my job. But bros all in the name of “customer is always right” some people can be very frustrating and cunning. |
Tooor beware ooo . |

[/quote]You not crazy bro, your mind is willing and ready to come closer to the lady. You are only worried about your guys view about the lady. At least, firstly try to get closer to the lady (get to know her, she might possibly offer her body cos of her feelings for you and not the job target). As you are getting to know her, spill everything for your guys then find a way for them not be asking you much about your decisions regards the lady. And the lesson from your encounter is that we misjudge so much. |
Only the north understands. |
Dennis3D:Congrats Engr, more energy to you punches. |
Officialgarri:I heard you but you obviously the DSS guy I saw was present to make motorist scare giving the VIO and FRSC guys to stop more cars. Has the world not grown beyond stopping vehicles to check for paper? Majority of the cars stopped were dirty commercial hustler cars. |
Officialgarri:. Wow it would be a great job of they are there to do intelligent work but if you see the way the DSS guy was involved in arguing with few drivers stopped you might have a second thought you too sir. |
It was on 20/11/2020 around 11:30am in the morning along Taiwo road Ilorin. At first it was road safety and VIO officers standing on the road, stopping some cars causing hold up. But to my biggest surprise, just by the opposite direction was a man wearing a DSS polo shirt and holding a unique gun ( the gun wider but not as long as AK-47). What surprises is the fact that DSS agent will be brought so low to work with VIO, FRSC and police just to stop vehicles and check paper. Or is it only me seeing something wrong about this?. Is checking of vehicle particulars more important than creating security for the masses especially at this point in time where security is a serious issue. So just as I kept pondering about what I saw in the morning. Couple of hours later around 1:40pm the same day along unity road, Ilorin, couple of meters away from the spot where all this uniform men were doing road blocks, at this time they have left. Two bikes were pursuing each other while the one at back keeps shouting ole ni o, ole ni o (he is a thief, he is a thief) I don't know if the guy was caught because I was driving in opposite direction. I will be happy if this thread can get the attention someone who witnessed the incidence. |
Blessed new week.
