I had similar problem when I was doing my own. Re-register your email and password. Then continue with your registration. Try late night registration. It helps.

Looking for whom to address the letter to is unnecessary. If the organizers of the scheme wanted the applicants to address a particular office, it would be stated in their writeup. But there was nothing like that. Why do you now have to bother yourself. In addendum, it is just a part of the whole thing. So, I urge you to just start your writeup. That was how I did mine and I got a message from them that my application is received in good other. I hope this helps. If it doesn't, I don tell you how I take do my own.

What should one expects during the Npower test? What are the questions going to be like?

It seems the mod is interested in the following topics. They make frontpage irrespective of their irrelevant substances. In case you are bent on making frontpage on Nairaland, ensure you write on the following topics. The topics are:
1. The Big Snake I Killed This morning. Put pictures of snakes and ravenous folks willing to devour it.
2. Pre-wedding Pictures. Put pictures of people that did the unthinkable. You will increase your chances of making frontpage, if the spouse grabs butt.

I registered very early. When I was doing my registration, a number of courses were not included in the course-study section. Few courses were listed and OTHERS. I clicked on OTHERS. Now that all the courses are listed including my course of study. I hope I won't be affected.

I experienced the same thing when I was doing the registration for myself and my friend. I could not upload the passport with my phone and desktop computer. I had to send my details to my friends who stay in faraway states. They did it with ease. Reason for these I could not fathom. I will advise u to send your details to your faraway friend.

I actually saw my course two days ago. But checking this morning, I couldn't see it again...
