The truth cannot be hidden. We all know this.

Abati, may the gods slap that your lying mouth, and that of the mumu who hired you.

Shameless f00ls.
PoliticsRe: Australian Negotiator Indicts U.S Over Boko Haram by skyfall: 12:22pm On Sep 03, 2014
The US said it even before Davis that they don't trust the Nigerian military to fully share intelligence with them. According to what we hear everyday, there are too many saboteurs in our military, right from the top. Human rights abuses was another point the Americans raised.

Consider what the Americans came to do as just fact-finding. Not much more than that. I only hope that we had a serious government.

This makes sense to me.
PoliticsRe: Police Arrests Rivers LG Boss For Destroying Jonathans Billboard by skyfall: 9:40am On Sep 02, 2014
If Jonathan was performing as much as you guys tell us, perhaps he won't even need any campaign posters. I only hope that when the tables are turned against your "lord and savior" in future, you'd keep mute then.

PoliticsRe: Survivor Of Boko Haram Attack On Gwoza Police Training College Testifies by skyfall: 1:59pm On Sep 01, 2014
ratiken: I believe a helicopter hovered before the attack
I believe the officers were told to drop their weapons before the attack
I believe the testifying officer is alive

The fight against insurgency will be futile until the northern BH sympathizers are properly dealt with. The commander that ordered the weapons to be dropped should be made to die a very slow but extremely painful death.
This makes more sense.

PoliticsRe: 480 Nigerian Soldiers Flee To Cameroon by skyfall: 6:43pm On Aug 25, 2014
MissMeiya: He has zero traits of leadership.

- quick decision making
- direct and constant communication with the public
- inspirational speaking (speeches, eye contact, strength of voice, concise campaign-able points, etc.)
- inspirational looks (countenance, posture, etc.)
- uniting instead of dividing
- being seen as a force instead of a victim
- taking responsibility for everything, no matter who was directly responsible, as long as it happened under his watch
- keeping promises instead of making empty boasts
- taking action instead of making weak accusations

Seriously, I could go on. He has none. Nothing.

I don't have anything against him personally. I'm just utterly underwhelmed by him. He is not a leader. And Nigeria does not need a spineless puppet at its helm.

Even if the leader was taking Nigeria in the wrong direction, at least they would be leading Nigeria somewhere! He's just sitting and watching. No wonder people are beginning to call him Nero.

From being brazenly occupied and attacked by terrorists (to the extent that the PRESIDENT was AFRAID to set foot in part of his own country!), to part of the country being declared under control of a terrorist group? And it's been 5 years? And the man is in Germany chatting with a football team in Canada?
You couldn't have said it better dear. If this buffon wins a 2nd term, then i'd be 100% certain that Nigeria is a country populated by lunatics.
PoliticsRe: 480 Nigerian Soldiers Flee To Cameroon by skyfall: 6:03pm On Aug 25, 2014
Seun: I'm not saying that GEJ is solving the problem effectively. I'm saying that he certainly wants to solve it. People are going too far when they insinuate that he is deliberately failing. If he sees the it as an embarrassment, then surely he would want to end the embarrassment, right?
What you do to end an embarrassment is a child's play compared to what you need to do to get rid of terrorism. But the meaning of all these is that he has no business being the president of a country albeit a complex one like Nigeria.

But you know what? He wants 4 more years, and probably more.

Lol @Friendly fire. Hope it didn't result in casualty.

bayulll01: God will continue in his infinite mercy continue to rule ur life and ur whole generation to come the same way Gej is ruling the affair of this country, shameless slowpoke,he's busy looting ur generation and here u are supporting him pple like u make me siick
Common, he's being sarcastic.
PoliticsRe: 480 Nigerian Soldiers Flee To Cameroon by skyfall: 5:45pm On Aug 25, 2014
Seun: That does not logically follow from what I'm saying. I'm saying that it makes no sense for GEJ to fail at his job on purpose. It's one thing to say that his efforts are not effective and quite another thing to say he doesn't care. It makes no political sense for him not to care. Even if he truly doesn't care on a personal level, he must surely care that his continued failure to beat Boko Haram is destroying him politically.
You don't seem to understand how low his thinking faculty is. It's someone who sees and understands a problem that can solve it.

Do you know what he referred to Boko Haram's violence as when discussing with Obama? He said "an embarrassment!" Not a tragedy, not even a crime. Your president things like a little child. Obasanjo will not die well for gifting us with this disaster called Jonathan.
TravelRe: Things You Only See In Dubai by skyfall: 9:23am On Aug 23, 2014
Yes, only in Dubai.

But most of those dusty abandoned cars were left behind by expatriate workers during the 2009/2010 financial meltdown. Most of them were in debt and just abandoned their lives and luxury lifestyles in Dubai to avoid paying.

PoliticsRe: Breaking News: Gov Mimiko Of Ondo State May Dumps Labour Party For PDP by skyfall: 4:58am On Aug 23, 2014
There's nothing breaking in this news. He's always been a PDP member. The same way Tambuwwal's heart has been in APC.
PoliticsRe: Adamawa By-election: Atiku Plots To Capture The State For APC As Crisis Hits PDP by skyfall:
ProfCorruption: We have now reduced everything to religion in Nigeria. Really sad.
If you look at it properly, religion is no problem for the politicians - they have a way of understanding and settling one another. They only use it to control the masses. It's the masses' responsibility to look beyond religion when choosing leaders.

mogentle: Gbawe is surely a threat to @insincerenigerian. He must be seeing Gbawe in his dream. Haba.
The obsession is crazy. And not just him, many of the Jonathan/PDP cheerleaders too. I'm sure they see him in their dreams.

Funny thing is that Gbawe's future and that of his family is secured. It's these crumb-catchers who need to worry about their miserable lives.

PoliticsRe: Boko Haram Alleged Sponsor, Sheriff, In Closed Door Meeting With Jonathan by skyfall: 4:22pm On Aug 16, 2014
If you ask Jonathan for his father's head just to win next year's election, I bet he'd do it without blinking.

The desperation is alarming. And it would have been better if he was performing. It's the same dumbness he wants to put us through for another 4 years.

That's why Africa has refused to develop. We pray while other people find practical solutions to their problems.
PoliticsRe: No Bomb Blast Since After APC Victory In Osun State - DSS Spokesperson by skyfall: 8:15am On Aug 15, 2014
Gbawe: The APC always does but have you ever seen Jonathan act with the alacrity certain situation deserve? If anything, the incredibly senseless action of this woman confirms the 'modus operandi' of the GEJ government. I.e compromising everyone and every institution everywhere and then using them to fight opposition. The Army, NPF, important public offices like AGF and now the DSS spokesperson. You name it and the GEJ government has compromised it.

We saw Otedola do this when the government was on the ropes due to the subsidy fraud and we saw Oransanye and Otti playing this same 'spoiler' role, to the extent of deserving an oscar, when the ultra-corrupt Government of GEJ needed to discredit and jettison the recommendations of the Ribadu petroleum task force. These people talk and act like this because they are 'induced' to do so by 'oga at the top'. Asking for their sack achieves nothing because we all know they will only be congratulated and rewarded behind closed doors, by those who play politics with everything, for "doing a good job".
Gbawe,

I kind of agree with the person you quoted above. The APC members in the NA are glaringly ineffective. They just sit down there quietly collecting money and wearing agbada up and down. Gbajabiamila seems to talk sometimes but it's not enough. Their quietness is allowing PDP and people like Ogah to get away with these atrocities.

For instance, when PDP started impeaching APC governors, I expected the APC NA members to start threatening Jonathan with impeachment immediately, because he and his appointed ministers are more guilty of the offenses these governors allegedly committed. Those guys seem to be too comfortable and obviously have a lot of work to do.
PoliticsRe: No Bomb Blast Since After APC Victory In Osun State - DSS Spokesperson by skyfall: 8:03am On Aug 15, 2014
This without doubt confirms the bias and partisanship of the so-called DSS. She has no business mentioning any party's name and definitely no business 'wondering' who carried out the bombings. They're being paid to find the bombers.

And did she say the APC spokesperson was 'loitering?' Was there a curfew? Oh my! This country is messed up real time.
PoliticsRe: Policeman Wants APC To Take Control Of Nigeria’s Leadership by skyfall: 3:53pm On Aug 13, 2014
Gbawe: I think only self-destructive Nigerians will pretend not to understand the complaints of this Policeman. Is it a lie that the PDP has been in charge at the centre for 15 years since 1999? Is it a lie that our entire armed forces has regressed under the PDP and have become less competent?

In sane nation nothing, not even political or sectional bias, prevents the ordinary citizens from telling the truth about problems which affect them and their loved ones. This makes it very hard to understand which planet Nigerians come from with their readiness to lie over issues that promote their own interest and well-being. Do we want to now come here and lie that the PDP has been anything other than a disaster that has wrecked our armed forces? Is this not why progressive Governors like Amaechi and Fashola constantly demand State policing they feel will help their citizens escape the incompetence of the NPF? Nigerians, say the truth and shame the devil.

The state of our Police force is not something we should attempt to be 419ing the world and ourselves over because we are the ones who will always be the victim of insecurity and not Politicians. We should all be speaking with one voice against the deplorable treatment of these men and women who risk their lives to keep us safe.
I understand your frustration. But you can see that most Nigerians actually deserve the kind of criminal "leaders" we have. I believe that more suffering would eventually reset their brains (the ones still alive).

Nairaland GeneralRe: Why Are Nigerians So Unserious?!? by skyfall:
Thanks OP. That was what made Fela sing Shuffering & Shmiling many years ago.

Nigerians aren't just unserious, some of the dumbest people in the world are in this country. When you listen to people rationalizing totally stvpid things, you'd be scared.

I wish every one of the 160m Nigerians can be given the chance to live in Europe or North America (or even Middle East) for just 1 month each, it'd probably reset their brains and let them see that they're actually living like lower animals in this country.
