i plan to take it to a qualified mech sha to get it look at properly. just need to renew my papers.
Do you know what it might be?

Check ur pads,oil level,sensors,abs fuse,if all brake connected parts look OK..reboot ur abs system
.rebooting is done by removing your car negative battery terminal,unplug d abs socket from module..use contact spray on it..after 20 mins reconnected d abs..then the negative battery terminal..
If it doesn't wipe the light, try using a scan tool to generate the actual codes.Goodluck

Volkswagen bora 2000 model
When engage on drive,it makes a sound but moves..this particular sound occurs mostly when drive or reverse gear position is applied.
Secondly.. The vehicle was parked for long,had to change the fuel pump for it to move swiftly, noticed smoking from the exhaust.
What are the manufacturer oil specification for both the engine and transmission?
What are the causes of the above faults and their solutions?
