Finished law school... got called to the Bar.

Typed myself. Made copies of books and reports I needed for research. Printed twice...that still didn't cost much (printing was #2.50 to #3 per page). Bought wi-fi tickets for internet time...still cost only a lil too.

In all, spent less than two grand.

Yes, you fill some forms. Forms CAC 1 & CAC/BN/1...pretty easy to fill. Passport photographs, a valid and acceptable ID, e.t.c.
If you intend going into a regulated field, you might need to provide a certificate of proficiency, or at least evidence of it.
However, unlike companies, a business name can commence business before registration, but must register within 28 days.

That's not a business name you intend registering...that's a Private Limited Liability Company, by virtue of the 'LTD' you included. Talk to someone around you who knows about this to explain the distinctions to you, bro.

There is, brova. The Companies and Allied Matters Act provides for it. Section 587 of the Act, if u can get hold of one.
And no, you do not need to file Annual Returns in the year of registration.

Getting married should be a choice one should seriously consider before deciding. But a whole lotta people get married just because other people are doing it.
