Worse days are really coming in Lagos. I've never seen a more clueless Lagos Governor than this Sanwoolu. The man has nothing to offer Lagos.
Word on the street is that Lagos is broke
Lagos is broke since two months ago, they borrow money to pay salary.

This topic applies more to Ogun state. As far as I'm concerned, they have had the worst governments since 1999
The whole of the SW, where is there ever any good government?

When will Tinubu remove his thieving hands from Lagos treasury?
Politics › Re: Lagos State Cursed With "Visionless" Governors by SLAP44: 7:16am On Sep 21, 2019
Why must only criminals be selected to rule Lagos? It started from Tinubu who virtually stole the state blind during his two terms and handed over to Fashola who made sure he left the state bare of any good thing. Ambode wanted to work for the people but the old bad man from bourdillion bribed the people with two bullion vans to vote against their conscience.

Lagos will prefer to be ruled by an agboro like MC Oluomo than to get a quality governor who can govern the state without hate and crime in his mind.

Wiseandtrue:
Maybe this Buhari's administration thinks UN wouldn't have carried out a proper investigation before coming out with this report

Or they think they are Nigerian reporters who could easily be intimidated undecided

Buhari is a terrorist himself and has no intention of finding solutions to the problems of these terrorist because they are his colleagues

A truthful administration who truly wants to find a solution will not call these deadly attacks by Bokoharam and Fulani herdsmen who by the way, according to him are from other countries a mere community clash!!!

It goes a long way to show that he is not only bloodthirsty but also a real terrorist with a power

UN, please don't take your eyes off him!!!

How can a sane person call these a communal clashhuh And then the same community will still come together and bury the dead then continue killing tomorrowhuh

Buhari must be sick!!!
I wonder.

Do they need to clarify if the other group is not interfering in their activities? Corporate affairs in their usual confused state can register 1000 bodes doing the same thing and then expect you to meet them to cancel others out.

That's corruption.

Awol1:
Is there any law, custom or tradition, that would prevent PDP from giving this man presidential ticket?

If PDP can pull this off, it would be a walkover, no debate.

Pair him with Peter Obi or Umahi, and we are fine.

Sanusi is one northerner I hold in high esteem and he's a PDP apologist, so it would be easy.

In another news, if as a critic of Buhari administration, I also, wholeheartedly agree with border closure.

My Igbo brothers should stop importing foreign rice through Benin. It will help our local farmers get the adequate reward for their sweat.

Sanusi/Obi2023, let's sing this song loud.
You didn't say anything about those moving millions of cattle freely from the land borders unhindered, it's the Igbos you must see first?
Politics › Re: I Wholeheartedly Support Borders’ Closure — Emir Sanusi by SLAP44: 6:35pm On Sep 18, 2019
adekolaelect:
you can't solve that issues of illegal importation with only mar sacking or probing official in charge bcs it is in Nigeria. In my own a leader can't dictate or to still be in charge of everything but those he put in charge to represent him are sabotaging the activities of a leader and if you sack them !! You appoint another one.yet they will still do more .To me what he did is the best due to the environmental and the nature of who African or Nigerians are.The best languages Nigerians or Africans understand is SELFISHNESS .they can sabotage anything for their personal benefits .
Then he must ban cattle movement into Nigeria first. Or are those herders not selfish? Are they not smuggling?

Politics › Re: I Wholeheartedly Support Borders’ Closure — Emir Sanusi by SLAP44: 5:14pm On Sep 18, 2019
Let's call a spade by its proper name Emir, the government in Nigeria has failed completely. Why should closure of your border be a method to stop illegal importation when your government is paying thousands of incompetent people to man its borders till date.

I still didn't hear that the ministry of interior or the head of customs has been sacked by the government, they are just taking the easy way out to place a blanket ban like they did in 1984, triggering the "essential commodities " scarcity that crippled the nation back then.

Continue to close your borders and don't sanitize the customs which come into supermarkets to seize goods which they collected bribes to let into the country at the borders.

It's a failure of leadership.

I understand that the VP is not anybody but how about Donald Trump and his poorly phrased tweets most times? For me good governance is better than grammar. What we need is good governance and not to point out the grammatical errors of the present leadership.
Did you say all these when Jonathan was president?
Selective amnesia.
