Well... now..let also look why wawa language, ezza language, onitsha language, orlu language, are different from the iboe language..?.. Can you please explaine?
I understand all the "languages" you listed.

A video from Opobo came up too cheesy as well as some pictures.

Watch the Ijaw language being spoken in Opobo. Very interesting language that any nwafor on the street of Alaigbo can understand. https://www.facebook.com/Opobiansblog/videos/193489102621738/?app=fbl

2) Opobo king. What is he holding in his hand?

3) Look at what desperate revisionism can cause. [First Paragraph] Amaigbo umuduruoha is now in Ijawland embarassed maybe because of ama there. Amaigbo it's time to join IYC embarassed

even yourself doesn't believe what you saying....
i know why you doing this..... you doing it because you want us to feel pain and leave the fact sayin " there is no ibo in the south south"..... guy, for where..?.. we die here... as for that "ibo is not in the south south", it just begun... if you like write that Ijaw is not Ijaw, we don't care, but you see that true fact of no ibo in south south, we with it....
if you like called your israel, we will continue to say it till thy kingdom come because we have all evidence that there is no single ibo in south south...
The area of research we are focusing on now is why the Izon and Nembe don't understand each other. We observed there are similarities but we also know despite these similarities they are distinct people. It would seem the Nembe are descended from Igbo and Izon mix of cultures mainly, with the Igbo being the bulk of the mix, as well as other cultures contributing too. Hence the distinction and drift from Izon, and resulting closeness to Igbo. But it is all hypothesis until proven with more information.

About Wakrike (Okrika)

Every Wakrike group you walk into they keep murmuring on being owners of Port Harcourt. The consistency with which they claim the area amongst themselves would make one think they are being honest.

The status of Port Harcourt is well documented though despite any land grabbing moves. It is only the stupid act of the Ikwerres that allows the Wakrike claim Port Harcourt. A simple adage says : when there is infighting within the fold a stranger would take the inheritance. That is simply what is playing out. Udo nu.

1) Nembe youths carrying the "Ebebege". A key spiritual symbol. Observe the dressing of the youths. (Forget the Ijaw clown who said Nembe-Ijaw there).

2 and 3) Nembe youths in their boat regatta. Okpu agu everywhere. Recent discoveries have uncovered the boat tradition is not exclusive to the Ijaw as projected. Aboh kingdom of old fought wars and policed their waters effectively with huge gunboats. We are still researching on gun boat use amongst the Ndoki people.

Our findings so far as research and investigation continues.

The Nembe people are descended from mostly Arochukwu. This is not wishful thinking it is very likely the truth. Let us look at some facts hitherto unknown to people.

1) Virtually everything of great traditional importance done in Nembe is done only after inquisition from Arochukwu!

2) The Nembe revere the python! Traditionally the python is most revered of all the cultural symbols. And this was on instructions from Arochukwu after the other symbols of worship failed them. Remember that in one British voyagers account of Bonny he narrated how the Brass people celebrated the "long juju" of Arochukwu.

3) The Nembe people use a traditional 4 days of the week.

4) Just like the Kalabari many Brass/Nembe refuse to accept they are Ijaws, both young and old. This has brought consternation between they and the Ijaw(Izon) expansionist.

5) Due to their Igbo heritage (likely Arochukwu) the leopard hat (okpu agu) is a permanent feature in Nembe!

6) Egbesu worship which is the heart and core of Izon culture has been observed to be absent amongst the Nembe. The Nembe have distinct beliefs.

7) Many are fluent Igbo speakers.
Culture › Nembe people of Bayelsa are Igbos by SlayerForever(op):
I have new material on Nembe people of Bayelsa which shows Nembe Brass may actually be Igbos. Ijaw brethren shall we begin grin grin grin

Who are the Nembe people. Since the Internet breaking video of Igbo speaking youths attacking the king of Brass' palace investigation has been ongoing to ascertain of the Nembe/Brass people have a connection to the Igbo race. And the discoveries have been interesting.

The Ijaw INC fifth columnist in Wakrike Facebook group keep instigating anti-Igbo hate claiming Okrika to brainwash the people. But as God will have it, the agenda back fired one lucky day.

Captain aka Theist were you the one that wrote this rubbish up there? What will you guys gain spreading anti-Igbo propaganda in Rivers groups? Imagine someone wake up one morning to post the below trash while maquerading as Okrika.

Had the below lady not stood up to counter the false Ijaw narrative, the rest members would have seen it as truth. This is how these clowns keep downplaying the Okrika people Igbo heritage every given opportunity not until their hands got burnt this fateful day.

Ikwerre is going back to Benin. Igbo is going back to Israel. The whole of the south east belongs to the Fulanis. History has it that they first settled in South East. But for moving of cattle from place to place the Igbos arrived from Israel and took over their land.
Buhari has this history and it is a mission that will be accomplished.
Children of Gad and Eri must go back to Israel. Ikwerre must go back to Benin.

Thrash. If an Igbo only country comes any Bini descendant is flying back to Bini. You can be extremely sure we Igbos will see to that.

All your attention is bonny n opobo who don't even have your time.

Just so you know OP, the people you talked about that took Christianity to the hinterlands of SE were former slaves of Ibo descents who have had their freedom from their masters then.
So if they wanted to move to the East, who do you think shud have gone,? Is it the Ijaws that own the land or the ibos that can speak the language

Why didn't you mention the names of those sent let's see if they were really ibos or the Ijaws there that speak Ibo.

OP, know this and know peace, Bonny n Opobo are Ijaw lands.
Y'all shud stay clear.

Alolo – the first Christian convert from Igbodo
In a town called Igbodo in West Africa, there is a large mud house, much grander than any other in the town. It was the dwelling place of a big medicine man (named Ofunani) when I first knew it. He was always ready to welcome us as his guests and give us ample room to stay while in the town. As we had to pass through Igbodo to reach other towns in our district, we often accepted his hospitality. He was known far and wide as a medicine man; he had several wives and a great position. He did not care about the Gospel. He seemed never to want to hear it, but he always received us kindly when we went. Let me tell you the story of his wife.
She was a young nice-looking woman – always clean, though most other women looked dirty; and instead of having the sleepy ‘I don’t care’ look usual among the women, her face was striking in its intelligence. Her name was Alolo. She had the usual medicine man’s charms and a small house of her own in which all her personal idols were kept. The Gospel was not quite new to Alolo. She had heard of the Lord Jesus from Yoruba and Sierra Leone traders, and she wanted to know more. From our first visit, she attached herself to us wherever we went. She was known and respected everywhere. The kings of the different towns would listen with some respect to what she said, and she always received the honour given to a medicine man or chief.
In 1905, God gave her another little son (she already had a son and a daughter). How proud and happy she was! She offered no sacrifice to thank her idols, and would not allow the little one’s face to be cut with the tribal marks. To God alone she gave thanks.
But alas! when her baby began to cut his teeth, he sickened and became very ill. She did all she could for him; she appealed for help to her fellow wives and her husband, but they were like stone. They told her it was because she had left her idols and their customs, and they would give her neither advice nor help. So she started out with her dear baby to come to me at Idumuje Ugboko for help. I was away and my house fastened up. There was nothing for it but to tramp the six miles back again. A kind woman called her in to rest, and as, by the flickering light of the palm oil lamp they together looked at the little face, they saw the child was dead. The pitying Saviour was with that poor woman as she carried her dear dead baby that night along the winding bush path through the forest to her home. She was met with the most cruel reproaches from her husband, and with mocking laughter from her fellow women. She went out into the bush and made a little grave there, and buried her bay herself.
About two months later, she came to me with the request that we would visit Igbodo soon, as she wished to destroy her idols. She said they had been nothing to her for many months. She grieved that she had given them a place in her house. She would have destroyed them privately, but thought it might teach some of the Igbodo people if they saw them burnt. A few days later we went. Her husband knew the reason for our visit and, when spoken to about it, said she had no control over Alolo; she always did as she pleased. He carefully absented himself early in the morning, and remained away till the deed was done. There was a remarkable collection of idols for a woman to possess, quite a heap all together in the yard of the house. A crowd of people gathered, and we sang a hymn, “Come to Jesus just now”, and spoke a few words to the crowd. Then Alolo got fire and set the heap alight.
I can only describe one other incident in her life.
Twins had always been thrown away in Igbodo as soon as born. Alone, single handed, Alolo fought against the custom. One day she heard of twins being born, and before the parents had a chance to get them away to the bush she was at the house, and amidst a storm of angry protest she carried the twins off to her house. Her husband was indignant. The other women tore their hair with anger and superstitious fear. The whole town gathered before her door, but she withstood them all. She was left at last, cut off from everyone, with the entrance to her house strewed with ‘medicine’ to cause her death. The babies had been treated too badly and she could not save them. Before many hours they were both dead. Then she was seized by a crowd and taken to a town some distance away where a Government official was staying while on a tour of his district. She was charged with upsetting the peace of the town, a charge which has sometimes been effectual in getting a Christian punished. But in this case the truth was found out.
Her husband died about four years ago, and she is now married to a Christian man and has been baptised together with her children. Without doubt Alolo has been the instrument used by God to bring into existence the Church which is in Igbodo.

Awaziem with another stellar performance for his new club.

To be honest, fortunate to keep a clean sheet though, committed an error that lead to a good scoring opportunity, before losing his marker for another clear-cut chance.

Nonetheless, 3 clean sheets in 3 games is no coincidence. Alanyaspor had considered 9 goals in 2 games before his signing.

His tackles are very aggressive, Koulibaly-esque. Tackled a last man completely but clean without touching the ball.

Poor man's Van Dijk.

While Stephen Odey is on fire in Denmark, Onyekuru has failed to score in his third consecutive league game for Olympiacos.

Surprisingly in all of the 5 clubs he has played, this is his 2nd shortest wait for a league goal.

Galatasaray: 2
Monaco: 8

To say Bini's influence stopped at Agbor is not very accurate. Bini's influence went more easternly than Agbor. They imposed their princes on some Igbo communities and brought in their dirty traditional practices too. In some of these communities this lordship by Bini lasted several centuries, so Bini influence lingers on till today, difficult to do away with.
That's the reason why the confused ones till date continue in the tradition of paying obeisance to the diminutive Oba in Benin.
