No Sir. 2.5m/p.a is gross salary. You have deductions (tax, pension, etc)

To clear up some things -

1. UBN pay 2.5/p.a (160k approx/month) wrt last year recruitment.
2. The offer letters will likely start dropping from Monday, 2 Sept.
3. You'll need to provide 3 referees, 2 guarantors and a surety. Your refs could also be ur guarantors and surety.
4.There's no accommodation at TS.
5. Posting is mostly withing ur region and close to ur address most times. U get 98K relocation money if u r sent to a different state as ur state of residence.
6. Posting is mostly random. About 80% of people sent to Marketing are ladies.

No one know the criteria they used. However, I prepared rigorously for that group exercise and I aced it. Did ok in the personal stuff too.

For the dude asking about UBN pay, it's 2.5/pa as of now. Their could be an increase before the year runs out. Reliable first hand info.

Pretty good so far. Arrived at mid day. BP, Weight and Height checked. Audio, Visual and Cardiac tests done. Blood + Urine samples taken. X-ray next.

Tell the bus conductor or driver where you are going to, they will know best way to direct you.

Could be true. I have a mate who got in last year. He said there has been plans to review their pay - upwards of course. So I wouldn't be surprised if it's done now. 3.1m/p.a sounds good.

UBN are working on moving on some of their older workers who they feel are out of touch with modern banking trends. This has been difficult and a labour-management tussle is brewing.

So it could take longer than anticipated for them to call for medicals. Things could kick-off by September. This is first hand info.
