Is it possible to print, fill,scan then send the form? Cos I don't know why d electronic one is doing somehow

No need to print, fill the electronic format of the form from your system. Use right-click at places where you'll need to check boxes, and use your name as your signature at the end of the form(In CAPS).

I'm having difficulty checking the boxes. The writing and the box shifts. Pls can u tell me how to do it? Tnx

Lip gloss alone is ok 4 me. I dnt av an oily skin so no need 4 powder. I will just shave my eyebrows cos dey r full so no need 4 eye liner. I'm also beautiful so no need 4 excess make-up.

I had a thing 4 doctors as in admiration. I ended up dating one while in Sch doing my 1st degree n he was in last lap of med sch. And U look down on 60% wen u scored 53% telling d person he/she isn't close 2 medicine wen u are farther away from it. Pls allow d admission list 2 come out first b4 judging anybody
