Independence referendum can only happen in 2 ways.
1. Through agreement between the agitating state and the federal state.
2. One backed by international community notwithstanding the stance of the federal state.

Now for Biafrans, number 1 is out of it because Nigeria is not ready for that discussion and that leaves us with number 2.
