How many of you also actually appreciate your woman? She carried the babies for nine months, gave birth in excruciating pain, went through physical changes because of childbirth, and still gave the children your surname.

Sure, we find money important, is that suppose to be shameful? In fact, it is advicable for a woman to find money important, especially if she plans on having children. She either makes her own money or marries someone who has enough, not necessarily wealthy, but financially stable.

Let me ask you this: Who is more useful, a broke man or a broke woman? A broke woman can still cook and clean, but if money is the only value some men can offer in a relationship, doesn't lacking it make them useless?

Many women lived happily and enjoyed life before marriage. Even those who were broke still found ways to manage. But the moment marriage, childbearing, and family responsibilities set in, their lives changed dramatically.

You are part of the reason her life changed. You added to her responsibilities. Now, she's got responsibilities that requires her money, time and energy. She was surviving and managing before you came into her life, but now that there is many responsibilities for you two, playing your part is somehow treated as though you are doing her a favour.

No doubt, there are good men who deserve appreciation. One can see the effort they put in every day to provide for their families and to be good husbands and fathers. They work on each other feelings and do not just prioritise their feelings or throw their daily frustrations at their women as though women do not also carry their own burdens and struggles in life.

Many Nigerian men do only the bare minimum, yet they act as though marrying a woman is already a favour, all they do is simply exist as a husband to their woman, or make their woman's life a living hell. Even when they provide they do it with constant belittling.

I amptly put it, some men have their flaws,I was only pestering the fact that, and the facts remains, usually most of this thing always go back around when the going was good, nobody would know, because I do reason that it's okay to have first kid with man, why the second and the third if the man is a bad sample, I mean O wrong naoo,

I don't have much experience, but the little I had was woman always look upto society to pity them when it's actually them, that most of the time makes a man misbehave

Not in all cases though, what you other gender don't know is, man doesn't change over night, there's always a trigger somewhere, exp from the woman or social life, job problem, daily life experience and of which most Time, we man are good at bottling up emotion unlike your gender that easily comes out.

But most of you that knows this, are the wisest and they can easily tame a man to turn the tide of his wayward life

Same thing apply to we men!! I am not biased but proportionally, woman makes the most of this mistake.

When life was even easy, Check our mother and father, they make family and build house,make good squad and I don't want to always miss that bond that comes end of the year to the village visit , before the woke of this Gen z.. There you have your answer.

Ya lots always want to stand on the mantra "it's a woman world anyway".. But you won't get it that it's not!!

I can relate. Lots of childhood trauma. Strict parents that thought their strictness is good for a kid not knowing that it will affect the child's wellbeing in future. Some of us just want to get money and live far away from parents and start new Happy family. Imagine not calling them for years without feeling it. It is not the child's attitude rather the traumatic psychological negative experience with their parents. Some parents doesn't mind shaming you in public just to be seen as caring parents.
