Hmm, I'm a bit torn between starting Walcott or not. He made the greatest impact coming off the bench last year. Plus he wasnt all that much of the same threat when he started at the Camp Fura de Nunu.

However with Eboue behind him, I will prefer we start Theo. At least, knowing he is there, they wont be fully commited to targetting Eboue.

Hehehe, Debo o ti ya weyrey. Lmao @ the big head comment. cheesy

At Jencjyde, asides Theo Walcott at home, IMO Denilson was the best Arenal player against Barca over 2 legs. However I will go for Wilshere this time around. The boy no dey shy. Plus we will need to turn defence to attack as swift as possible.

Someone reported Diaby as injured again.

Guess I can say the Miyachi boy impresses me. He's not afraid to take defenders on, like Arshavin on form. And he's fast alrite.

Arsene rarely expresses his interest publicly unless he is serious about going for someone. So we can safely say we are going for Hazard, the question is does Hazard want to come to the Emirates?

If I do leave at the end of the season. . . . .there are teams like Arsenal, where youngsters can grow more easily into the first team and make their mark.
I guess now we talk money eh. . . er. . .erm . . .ookay. . . .see you laters. grin

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by slimshay(m): 2:55pm On Feb 13, 2011
I no know. He used to be very much available (mostly in the line of fire for all them financial stuffs). But now I hardly see or even hear from him. Instead na P-2-D-H dey give us quotables.

If Arsene does not sign Hazard by first week of July, he is not interested. We usually get our top targets by then.

Meanwhile wants to poach our chief scout. Don't they have enough fans making these decisions already? Hmmmm. Those people are really confused about their way forward.

The FFP doesn't not allow for overinflated deals. Deals will have to be within reasonable market figures. Only problem I have is, which panels determines reasonable market prices.

Nooooh, Dudu don drag me into finances. Lol.

1. The board members have not received dividends on their shares since God knows when.

2. We still can't compete financially. We can manage to get some of our own specific targets, but forget the 'everybody-wants-so-and so'.  Where our appeal is, is the brand of football, the fact you get a chance at development and funnily for some, the fact that AW wants them. Chamahk, Adebayor were specific about this. Adebayor was actually playing monkey post when AW called him.  grin

3. Injury news is uodated on the Dotcom from press conferences which will happen tommorrow. Then they will wait till 3 days later to update. Trust twitter grin

4. 4ller easy now, calm down, step back from that ledge man.  grin

@A-40 it is the very game after Rambo issue, so that will make it Burnley I guess. One of his best performances ever when Bendtner was missing like crazy.

And Diaby might make bad tackles, but please don't sell us that he reacts stupidly thing. Because he doesn't.

My point remains while it is very unprofessional and maybe stupid, how you can call his reaction selfish is beyond me. Its called being piSsef off. Ask Sagna he knows after getting deliberately stamped on twice the match before with no foul given, he head butted Zabaletta in the next game. Nobody called him selfish.

@presido, you no well. Me no send una na, I gas respect my undefeated seniors na. Meanwhile abeg na ball boy dey commot ball from net?

@A-40, blad abegi. Let me give you an example you will relate with. The game after that son of a cont broke Rambos leg, Theo was deliberately rough tackled and the ref blew. He was still pissed got up and pushed the guy. I didn't read or hear anywhere anybody calling him freezer brain. He is yet to have Diaby proportion injury wahala oh. And by the way, roll on the floor you say. The ret@rded Dowd didn't even give a foul.

@Debo, abeg help me tell this people that suffering in silence will only ensure you starve to death.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only (R.I.P Bawomolo). by slimshay(m): 3:36pm On Feb 07, 2011
Alex Ferguson (this is an example o, before scummies come and start showing us their piss taking credentials) once complained about Phil Dowd sending off his man, in the next Man U game Phil Dowd offciated (Carlin Cup Final Last Year) Vidic rugby tackled Agbonlahor to the ground. Im serious , 2 arms around and brought him down, clearly last man, clearly goal scring opportunity, Agbonlahor had gone past. Phil Dowd gave a penalty , did not send him off, and I cant even remember him booking Vidic.

I dare any official, journo or commentator to use the word whigning when talking about Demento.

You might simply say they scored 3 legitimate goals, but they did not score any goal without incident.

1. Penalty that could or could not have been give. But this is Phil Dowd against Arsenal. undecided
2. Sure marginal, but Best handle the ball to control it. I'd conceed this one though.
3. If that is legitimate penalty, Jide Kosoko is actually spartacus  grin
4. With challenges that were not given in that match, Rosicky must have fouled Barton with his mind.

Not withsanding all this when an incompetent referee is going to determine the outcome of a match it is not by simply awarding goals, it is the constant slanted calls he will make. I will dismiss all this as nothing but he carded Tech 9 for picking the ball out of his own net. He was actually running forward with it. This the action of a slanted and biased referee eager to see his preferred outcome of that match . Officiate by what is in the rules not what is going on in hyou head. How on earth did he mind read that our keeper wasnt running to put the ball in the centre for the restart.
